Perfect tonic for a relaxing break.
Pros:

The breakfast and location was perfect.

Cons:

The bathroom was for someone with disabilities.
We are able bodied therefore felt a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

Refurb rooms, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Attended for a wedding and excellent venue.

Cons:

We had a twin and although room was huge, tiny single beds. 2 x queen / small doubles would have fitted and been more comfortable

Excellent service, room and food, couldn't fault the 3 night stay.
Pros:

The whole experience was excellent from checking in till checkout. The breakfasts were hot and if cold fresh.
The refurbishment which was done a couple of years ago still seemed good and the shower in particular was spotless and roomy with plenty of hot water.
3 of the staff whose names we got were Angie,Amanda and Victoria and they did a great job of looking after us. However at least 3 other staff were as friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Paying for parking when they already have the spaces, I assume it is let out to a private company to make more money which never sits well with me, and probably a lot of other people as well.

Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The hotel was beautifully clean and the decor very tasteful. Great location. Parking was easy.

Comfortable, clean stay
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, good size premium room with sofa bed. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating - in particular, Viktoria.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking, even if at a discounted rate.

Pros:

I thought the location was great and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean. Decor throughout was lovely.
