Clean throughout, fresh and attractive, the staff very responsive.
A little too far from the city center, and the food was good enough but not great.
Beautiful, spacious and clean . The mugs in the bedroom were a decent size.
It was lovely.
A couple of constructive criticisms:
There should be a bar to hold onto for balance and safety in the spacious walk in shower. Not all guests are young and fit.
It would help to have one next to the toilet also.
I stopped at the Milford Hall as a walk in customer for breakfast with my partner. It was a week day and just past 9am and thought maybe we would be too late, however Angie and her team welcomed us. The choice of food was great and every option was full and available. Great quality well cooked food and very reasonably priced for a hotel. Genuine friendly hospitality completed the experience, would recommend and would return.
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort. Aber das Zimmer war schön, sauber und das Frühstück war reichhaltig!
Stayed for one night in May. Was lucky to get a space in the car park and leave it there while we walked around Salisbury (before check in time). We checked in about 16.00 but had to wait for a while until a member of staff appeared at the desk - this happened twice. Apart from this all the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly particularly in the bar. Room was large and very modern and clean. Luckily there was a fan as it was very hot and we couldn’t master the air conditioning - instructions in the room would be helpful. For a four star hotel I would if expected a fridge or a least a bottle of water. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t include this in our stay. Very short walk into Salisbury.
The rooms are spacious and clean, nice bathroom.
And the breakfast was lovely in the morning.
Location is fantastic just walking distance to the town.
All ok
Cleanliness and staff good. Location god
Hot breakfast buffet but only cold plates to put it on. Cold buffet cold meats and cheese left open to flies in very hot weather. No water in room and view was a brick wall. Not what we expected for a four star hotel
All of it. Lovely venue
Beautiful property inside and out
Great location
Breakfast was included in the price but as we were leaving early, we were unable to have it and no alternative provision was available. Pity!
Problem problem with the lady behind the desk as I entered the hotel I asked do I need to put my registration in? I was early admittedly she said no when you leave I think her mannerism is quite rude in fact very rude not the way to treat customers when I was checking out I asked her do I need to put in my registration? She then replied you should do it when you arrive and I was looking at your cameras so please run them back because you will see me talking to the camera. I do not like to be spoken to like that. What I will say Angie. What a gem of a lady she is met us as we having breakfast lovely lovely lady that is what you call 10 out of 10 Customer Service immediately I dig it up in the middle of night and I did have a jug of water lovely night time staff and a lovely lady directed me to the room at all blonde lady very nice shame about the receptionist she needs to learn Customer Service no smile no empathy cold and no People skills we would like to return because we like your hotel very much we are buying a property not far away and we will be referring it so we do need to be staying quite a few times.
Rude receptionist!!
