Moderno e limpo, confortável e muito agradável
Ficamos em quarto para cadeira de rodas sem necessidade e a casa de banho era adaptada e o lavatório muito pequeno
Friendly and helpful staff; air conditioning on hottest night ever in UK !
Car parking charges not being included in room price.
The bedroom and bathroom was just lovely and was spotlessly clean. The rooms had air conditioning which was very welcome during this incredibly hot period. We loved that we had bath sheets not bath towels and they were very soft and fluffy. The rooms were very nicely decorated.
The reception rooms such as the bar were unbearably hot without any air conditioning and it was just impossible to stay in there for any amount of time. The breakfast room was narrow and a bit on the cramped side and I don’t think the breakfast was as good as many other hotels offer. I thought it was expensive for what you get. Something that really bugs me is the stinginess with the tea, coffee and milk supplies only two tea bags and two coffees! Fair enough you could get more if you went to reception and asked but who wants to do that? For a hotel charging £194 per night without breakfast this was poor.
Air conditioner com wonderful. Staff helpful
We had two fans and a fridge. It was hot this week and Brits don't do AC.
Parking was tight when they had a "day meeting" aka conference.
Comfortable room and facilities
Car park charge
Poor buffet breakfast for the price
No hot water
Location, rooms were well decorated and very clean, breakfast had a good choice of food
Dinner menu somewhat limited
Location lovely. Declined staying for breakfast
The room described as PREMIUM KING ROOM which it was NOT.
Overlooked by the upstairs bedrooms in the private building next door. To gain privacy we had to close the curtains and put the lights on DAYTIME!!
The bed was higher at the foot end than the head , sloped. The “ Welcome” tray consisted of one tea bag a couple of coffee sachets and a solitary biscuit.
The parking fee of £10 was on top of the room price. The privately owned car park should not include residents it should be reflected in the room price.
The very helpful and embarrassed check out lady suggested we email “Adrian” the manager which we did the next day but there’s been no response which is of no surprise.
The weekend stay was to have been the icing on the cake when we visited to celebrate our grandsons awards for sport ceremony nearby. Such a shame.
The rooms were comfortable, and clean. The daily breakfasts were well balance and delicious, the reception staff and management were friendly and very professional .We would heartily recommend to friends and family
Nothing
Good breakfast
Prefer fresh tea and coffee- not out of a machine
Comfy and clean, good breakfast
Parking is expensive, even at guest rates. More transparency on this would be good.
Beautiful hotel. The newly refurbished rooms were bright and welcoming.
Could have done with a couple more sachets of tea/coffee/milk in the room.
Breakfast was excellent
Shower took a long time to run warm
Lovely Hotel. Did not book breakfast as it was too expensive, but having a noisy room + very poor teamaking facilities, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which was appreciated
Awful noise at 7 am from another room
Only 2 teabags supplied - no biscuits - no bin liners
La gentillesse du personnel , la situation geographique ,
Un manque d eau chaude mais le personnel s est excusé , donc cela montre un respect énorme de la clientèle.Merci.
