Staff always very helpful. Breakfast buffet was continually topped up with fresh food, not left to dry out as is so often the case.
Beware Booking.com which has you believe there is a spar and gym which no longer exists. The hotel website gives correct information but most third party websites have not been updated
Conveniently situated just a 5/10 minute walk from the city. Lovely, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean.
Happy with everything
Break fast was fine, I paid extra for breakfast but there was some confusion about the this, several other guests had the same problem. Location was good.

Lovely property, update working underway which is possibly why no aircon in the room. Fans provided provided so helped cool the room.

The waitress was exceptional. We think her name was Valentina or Martina. She was very overworked in a hopelessly understaffed restaurant but remained cheerful and helpful and was working very early in the morning

Expensive for the facilities, luke warm shower, paying for car parking.
Beautifully clean and great location to walk into the centre of Salisbury. Rooms were exceptionally well appointed. Lovely outdoor seating close to a comfortable bar area. Staff at breakfast were friendly and very helpful.
Paying £10 a day for parking as a guest seemed rather mean spirited
Everything you might expect from a four star hotel. The reception staff were fantastic as were the staff, generally. Altogether a wonderful stay.
No shower cap available (a minor point, however)
Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities, and safe parking if you have a car. Only a 10 minute walk from stores, restaurants, and pubs!
They don’t have a laundry service, (says they do online) no big deal, just need to update your website so there is no confusion. Laundromat is a short walk away!
Location was brilliant. We could walk to the lovely town and the Cathedral was awesome. We attended an evensong and saw the National trust property.
