Sehr saubere zimmer dank des Servicepersonals,tägliche Reinigung; Lage etwas außerhalb aber gute Anbindung mit dem Bus in die Stadt ,bzw. mit dem Zug. Frühstücksangebot war für mich ausreichend.

Solides Hotel
Pros:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine preisgünstige Bleibe für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, war allerdings am Sonntagmorgen bei prallgefülltem Frühstücksraum überfordert. Hier wäre eine zusätzliche Kraft für den Frühstücksraum sehr hilfreich gewesen.
Die Zimmer waren in gutem und sauberem Zustand, das Frühstücksbuffet insgesamt OK. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, so dass sich für die Fahrt ins Zentrum nur das Auto anbietet. Ein Lidl und ein Rewe sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Guter Service, hohe Flexibilität, gutes Essen!!!!!
Pros:

Obwohl wir als Gruppe (18 Personen) ein gemeinsames Event besucht haben, ist die Reservierung unabhängig gelaufen. Wir haben uns für einen Abend entscheiden, alle im Hotel zu essen. Hatten jedoch leider nur einen Tisch, jedoch kein Essen vorreserviert. Nach dem der Koch sich vorgestellt hat und bei einigen Gerichten um Verständnis gebeten hat, dass diese ohne Planung bzw. Vorbereitungszeit nicht möglich. Es hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt und war super angerichtet. Hier ersteht der koch sein Handwerk. Wir konnten fast alle gleichzeitig essen. Alles in allem ein toller Abend. Danke dafür.

Quiet and hospitable
Pros:

The Hotel Europa in Saarlouis was a good choice for us. My relatives and I were passing through and we thought we needed two rooms but they only had one room but there were three twin beds. It was clean and reasonably priced. It was very quiet. They had a nice breakfast. The receptionist in the evening was very outgoing and accommodating. She did not speak much English and I was anxious to use my limited German so we giggled over words together. Quiet location was walking distance from grocery store.
