Onvriendelijk personeel- zowel
Aan receptie als in de ontbijt zaal. Geen vers fruitsap of verse chocolademelk bij ontbijt- dat was niet in lijn met de verwachtingen van een 5 sterren hotel of Michelin restaurant. De spa faciliteiten waren niet proper en moeten veel meer gepoetst worden.

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl, Personal sehr nett

Tischzuweisung (runder, großer Tisch) beim Frühstücksbuffet mit Baby eher unpraktisch, auch gebuchte Suite mit Baby sehr gefährlich, da zweistöckig und gefährliche Treppen, leider bei der Buchung übersehen, aber auch kein Hinweis vom Personal

Wunderschönes zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Super nettes Personal das einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Kaffee wird einem aufs Zimmer serviert.
Mega leckeres Frühstück wo es an nichts fehlt. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Ein rundum tolles Fünf Sterne Hotel mit einem netten kleinen Spa Bereich.
Wir kommen wieder.
