The best part was no carpet in the bedroom!! A rug under the bed area but this means you know it’s clean no horrible stains dirty carpet - thank you 🧡
The friendly atmosphere
So relaxing and detailed touches were excellent
Nothing
Friendly staff. Great food and atmosphere. Room good size.
Being in a room with adjoining door as noisy occupants in next room and the sound travelling into our room.
Quality room and shower etc, very comfy bed. Breakfast was great. Even though I was away from home it felt like it was treat to stay here! Nothing was a problem for the staff - I will definitely be back.
Nothing to dislike.
The staff were friendly the service was good the breakfast and evening meal were very nice.
There wasn't anything to pick fault with.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Nothing was bad really.
All of it. Clean, friendly helpful staff, good food, excellent continental breakfast choices. Ideal location for what we wanted.
Nothing
My room was beautifully decorated and well furnished. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was really good! I had the eggs benedict, with smoked salmon on a muffin. It arrived promptly, and the eggs were cooked just how I like them with a soft, runny yoke.
The staff were also very welcoming to my dog, which made travelling with him a pleasure.
The whole stay was a pleasure, and the Hampshire Hog is in a delightful place with easy access to local attractions.
We have stayed here before on many occasions. It’s a good location for visiting around the area and walks close by in Queen Elizabeth Park. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly.
A screwed up towel in the room when we arrived and milk not being topped up were minor issues but there. The service in the restorative this time was abysmal. The staff were busy but there were not enough. First night service was very slow but there was service. The second night it was 75 minutes before we got our food!! This was not followed up by further service so I had to go to the bar to get further food/drink. If that was how it’s going to be in future would probably not return (we have family close by so will have to look for an alternative place). Breakfast service is better but they cannot cope in the evenings. The food in the evenings was not up to the same standards which we have seen in the past either.
Friends staff and modern rooms
Turned up and was given a used room. Bed was a mess, dirty cups, bins were full of rubbish and towels on the floor.
We have stayed several times with our dog.
It is an ideal location for when using the ferry.
The pub/restaurant is extremely popular and there is always a great atmosphere and food.
All staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are large and the beds incredibly comfortable.
A big bonus for us is that there are now four fast chargers on the car park so ideal for charging our car.
There is nothing for us to dislike.
Location was close to family
Breakfast was good quality, tasty meal
Complimentary drinks was a great touch
All staff were a credit to the establishment

Really Good location for us after a wine tasting @ Hambledon : rooms at the back of the pub , were clean and comfortable with good shower and bathroom : we had dinner @ the pub.
All theStaff from check in , were excellent, really friendly and attentive . Varied menu and v good quality.
We will stay again if in the area , which is a stunning part of the English countryside
Maybe the bed mattress a bit trampoline like - but would be fine for some people
