Lovely hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable , the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and the food was well cooked and presented and again, great service.
Parking was easy and secure which was important as we left our car there all day prior to check in.
Great room, welcome drink was very welcome, friendly staff.
Nothing spécial about food
Lovely position, the food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike
Service in restaurants very slow. Food not that good. Rooms far too dark!
I couldn't fault it
I couldn't work out how to turn down the heat in my room, so I was too hot in the night. This was the only downside of the whole stay.
Fabulous evening meal at a great price, including 2 free drinks offered by the Hampshire Hog. Excellent breakfast, could order exactly what we wanted off the menu, cereals and toast available, coffee very tasty.
Quicker service for breakast but the lady was on her own serving breakfast and manning reception, so not a problem overall.
Was welcomed by a friendly guy on reception.
The team on breakfast was very helpful and friendly as well.
Sorry I didn’t get any names, but the ones I meet were excellent and a credit to your site.
The hotel is beautiful. Very tastefully decorated. The staff went above and beyond. Providing excellent customer service. My husband was un well on our departure day. They allowed us a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend this hotel!
Bed was very cumfy but on the small side.
Welcoming, good facilities , good location and an amazing breakfast
Only negative was the milk in the rooms for the tea was from Germany - you would hope that could buy local and if not British.
High quality decor and very clean. Staff exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful.
One small thing is that it is located on a busy road but the countryside is very close.
Well presented place in a lovely place.
