Enjoy a stay in paradise.
Pros:

This property is absolutely breathtaking. It is comfort and beauty from beginning to end. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The views were beautiful and there were many balconies and windows. The property owners were accommodating and even provided a bag of ice when we requested it. I will always stay here when we return to beautiful Assisi.

We liked everything.

Cons:

Su Booking ė indicato il parcheggio mentre in realtà non è presente e viene consigliato un parcheggio privato a 16€ al giorno….
Alla mia richiesta mi ė stata proposta una Assisi card con cui avere uno sconto sul parcheggio.
Le camere sono pulite ma datate, specialmente il bagno molto usurato, non sembrava proprio come da foto di Booking

We had a great 3 night stay at hotel Umbria. We felt welcomed and slept great! We will return next time in Assisi!

La disponibilità dei proprietari gestori, la vicinanza al centro e la gentilezza del personale di pulizia. Il giorno di Pasquetta quando siamo andati via, non ci è stata fatta nessuna fretta.. Durante tutto il soggiorno, il personale di reception è sempre stato gentile e pronto a dare consigli. Molto luminosa la stanza. Ottimo il livello di condizionamento.

Cons:

da migliorare la colazione, in particolare i prodotti senza lattosio che erano pochi e la signora addetta alla sala, non sembrava assolutamente preparata in materia.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr einfach ausgestattet .
Frühstück war sehr gut .

Great really enjoyed it. Reception very helpful.
Pros:

Location and room excellent. Breakfast was a bit of disapponited, especially that there was no toast machine and poor selection of bread , meat and cheeses.
