Good location. Nice staff.
Poor water pressure in shower, was just a trickle and difficult to shower. Poor quality breakfast, didn’t finish. Bad coffee, also didn’t finish. Lock on front door didn’t work, had to phone at midnight for staff to open the door.
Lovely large house. Our room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is near a road but you don’t hear the traffic due to the double glazing & good heavy curtains. We had a lovely view of the garden from our room (10). We made use of the guest lounge/bar during our stay. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The location is good, 10mins walk to the centre of town. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts.
The room overlooking the front of hotel and river was large, attractive and very clean. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the staff pleasant and helpful. The parking and walking distance to town make it a good choice, we would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The setting has lovely views over Perth and convenient for the City centre. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed an evening in the residents lounge, sitting by the fire sipping an excellent glass of Scotch.

Room was really lovely - super spacious and the bed was really comfy. Staff were so helpful and went over and above. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, selection of cereal as followed by a cooked breakfast. Would really recommend - a lovely stay
