A complete delight
Pros:

The staff is incredible there. Super helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with our room availability, but they bent over backwards to make sure we were properly taken care of.

Cons:

As is the problem with many French hotels, the air conditioning struggled to keep up in the unseasonably warm heat

Will definitely come back for longer stays!
Pros:

Property is very easy to locate! The rooms are spacious and clean! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Love the wash sink and bathrooms!

Overall very good
Pros:

The hotel location was close to the city center and the metro which was convenient. The atmosphere was very clean and put together. Calm and welcoming. The lobby, bar, and spa were always clean and proper. The room was what we had expected and desired. There was little noise, we did not hear anything from others in the hotel or on the street. The staff was very helpful and kind. We would stay again

Sono capitati 2 inconvenienti: malfunzionamento del riscaldamento e acqua fredda. Tuttavia Loren (la manager) si é immediatamente attivata offrendo una bottiglia di champagne e uno sconto del 30% sull’intero periodo di permanenza. Ho molto apprezzato, ma attenzione a questi inconvenienti per un 5 stelle
