I think we were allocated a much smaller room than we booked.
Pros:

Excellent location.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Exceptionally small room with very limited cupboard space. We lived out of our suitcases for 5 days.
Booking.com said there were ironing facilities in the room but they were non existent.

Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel ♥️ Everything was excellent. Brilliant breakfast, beautiful rooms, amazing staff 👏 I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who welcomed us. Especially to Paul, the receptionist. He was very professional and he was making sure that we are happy with everything. We definitely coming back soon!!

Excellent location and staff. Beautiful building but room was very small. Spa was not great.

Deluxe, welcoming and dog-friendly
Pros:

A lovely upscale yet relaxed hotel, Le Boutique is wonderful for a stay in the city of Bordeaux. The building is historic and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The deluxe room has a marvelous spa tub that is worth booking. This dog-friendly hotel literally rolled out a welcome mat for our Jack Russell Terrier. Finally, the staff couldn’t be more attentive and welcoming. This is a pricey hotel but it delivers all you’d want for a deluxe experience.
