Hôtel superbe !
Pros:

Hotel superbe avec un personnel très sympathique. La chambre était magnifique, climatisée et très bien agencée.
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville et la petite piscine ainsi que le jardin sont un vrai plus en pleine canicule!

Not so sure this is a 5-star, more like a 4-star.
Pros:

The location was terrific, the bed was a good size and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The fact that I paid €708 for two nights to be put in an attic room, at the top of two flights of steep winding staircases wasn’t great.

The bathroom was generally in good order and the staff did keep this clean. However, the toilet was position in a very small space adjacent to the shower and to the side of an electrically heated radiator. I am 6ft and 13.5stone (85.9kg), I struggled to sit comfortably on the toilet.

mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres et les parties communes . pas de porte separant la chambre et le couloir tres mal insonorisé on est reveille par les portes qui claquent ou bruit dans le couloir

So perfect we’re already deciding on the date we are returning
Pros:

It is a stunning hotel, our room was perfect and so comfortable. The shower is really large and powerful, just what we needed with the extremely hot weather.

There really is nothing I could say that was a negative
