Very welcoming staff members
Pros:

A very welcoming stay by all staff members at the hotel. They were very helpful with everything - whether it was directions in the city or if we needed anything during our stay.
Varied breakfast, good size room, and very central location to shops, cathedral, train station, museums, bars and restaurants.
We stayed Thursday 26th February - Saturday 28th February. As IHG members, this hotel has been the far most welcoming compared to other IHG hotels, and I would like to applaud that - in particularly to a hotel receptionist called Ivan, and the rest of his team who worked on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th. He made me and my fiancee feel very welcome at the hotel. You would certainly expect that from any staff member working at hotels, but he went above and beyond that. Thank you Ivan and your team for you excellent hospitality. We look forward to staying there again!

Good value for money at very convenient location. Liked it!
Pros:

The location is good - just off the main street but quiet. The staff is very friendly. Checking in and out was very efficient. The room was convenient.

Cons:

A sitting chair at the room would be a plus.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Innenbad keine Heizung und durch den Lüftungsschacht kam unangenehm kühle Zugluft. Für den Winter nicht ideal gelöst.
