Had a great short stay due to friendly staff and great location.

Very friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

The rooms are not air conditioned; instead a fan is provided. Because of its location in the centre, there can be some noise from the street. Keep in mind if you value silence above other things.

Hotel ist 10 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Köln entfernt und ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Cons:

Uns haben ein paar Hacken für Handtücher im Bad gefehlt. War nichts zum Aufhängen.

Hotel je uredan, cist i na odlicnoj lokaciji. Blizu je znamenistosti Kelna.
Pros:

Odlicna lokacija i dobra povezanost. Soba je bila cista, osoblje veoma prijatno.

Cons:

sve je bilo ok. Jedino moja soba ima pogled na unutrasnjost ali to se ne da promeniti za neke sobe.

Brilliant basic hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location to get around the city. Clean and tidy room.

Cons:

A couple of staff members were great but others were unfriendly and smoked by the entrance despite us waiting at reception

Very well located, but 'meh' overall
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Cologne. There is a great pizza restaurant directly across from the hotel, and plenty of shops, cafés, and other dining options are within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Prices were extremely high during Gamescom. The rooms are small and appear to have been superficially refurbished rather than properly renovated. There is no view from the rooms, and the hotel feels cramped overall. Noise can also be an issue, depending on the guests staying in neighboring rooms. The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations, especially considering the price charged for the accommodation.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center. We can easily walk to the Dom. There are many snacks downstairs the hotel, even on Sunday. In addition, a small shp nearby is still open on Sunday. When we watched TV, we found that the TV set could not be powered off through the remote control panel. We told the problem to the old staff at the reception desk. Then, the staff followed us to the room and replaced a new panel and solved the problem. We also visited unique chocolate museum.

Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Die Miarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider wurde unser Zimmer vorab nicht gründlich genug gereinigt. Auch lag noch ein Shirt vom Vorgänger an der Heizung hinterm Vorhang. Der Boden war nicht gewischt.
