Gute Lage, super Service, mittelmäßige Ausstattung

Das Personal an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider schon sehr ramponiert. Jedesmal wenn der Aufzug fuhr ist man in der Nacht wach geworden.

Bestimmt wieder - vielleicht mit anderem Bad ?
Pros:

Die Lage ist klasse , fussläufig ins Zentrum und mit netten Bars und Geschäften in der Nähe. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen!

Cons:

Die Lichter m Bad waren schwer auszumachen und leider ist die Toilette oben offen, so dass alle Geräusche herauskommen, das fanden wir suboptimal 😖

Die Location ist super toll.

Cons:

Dusche war Recht klein und leider nicht geschlossen, so das Wasser auslief.
Lichtschalter haben irgendwie nicht richtig funktioniert!

Pros:

Das Personal möchte ich besonders erwähnen, total freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Aber auch die Unterkunft an sich hat ihren eigenen Charme und verbindet ein tolles, altes Gebäude und Geschichte mit stilvoller Einrichtung.

Ich komme regelmäßig und immer gern wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter*innen dort sind ausnehmend freundlich und fröhlich, das Frühstück ist toll und die Lage bestens.

Cons:

Sehr charmantes Hotel in der Südstadt
Pros:

Die Lage in der Südstadt war optimal für uns. Sehr charmates Hotel (ehem. Kloster) mit netter Bibliotheque, free refill gefiltertes Wasser und sehenswertem Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Parkhäuser relativ weit entfernt, aber das wussten wir ja im Vorfeld. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Leider hat keiner, wie angekündigt, irgendwelche Eierspeisen zum Frühstück frisch zubereitet, obwohl es angekündigt wurde auf der Homepage. Es gab lediglich Rühreier, die dort schon eine Weile standen. Gravierender war aber, dass der Zimmerboden nicht sauber war, nicht nur in den Ecken total verstaubt, es lag auch noch ein schmutziger Socken von den Vorgängern unterm Vorhang!
