Eine freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre in der alle bemüht waren die G äste gut über die extrem heißen Tage zu bringe

Die künstlerische Ausstattung
Die Bibliothek, die alten Räume in neuer Nutzung
Das Hotel hat Stil und eine sehr gute Lage um Köln zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Und jederzeit frisches Wasser zu trinken

Cons:

Vielleicht fehlte ein Handtuchhaken und ein Leselicht aber im Sommer vollkommen ok

Zu heiß und zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich engagiert und nett.

Cons:

Ich mag Kunst und Design. Aber in diesem Hotel folgt leider "Form" nicht "Function". Statt einer Skulptur im Zimmer hätte ich (bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur und 250€ Übernachtungskosten!) lieber eine Klimaanlage gehabt, dazu einen Nachttisch mit Steckdosen statt loser Verteilerdosen unter dem Bett und eine Dusche, die nicht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzt. Und die Kirchenfenster im Frühstücksraum machen das dürftige Frühstücksbuffet leider nicht wett.
