Es ist okay, wenn man einfach einen ordentlichen Schlafplatz braucht, aber kein Urlaubsfeeling erleben möchte.
Pros:

Wir haben als Familie das Apartmentzimmer gebucht. Dies war sehr groß und geräumig. Gut gefallen haben uns die vielen großen Fenster und der Extra Bereich für Koffer und Kleidung.

Cons:

Die Pantryküche war lediglich ausgestattet mit zwei Gläsern und Tassen. Mehr Equipment gab es nicht, auch kein Geschirr Handtuch oder Spülmittel. Leider waren die Innenflächen der Türen, hinter der sich die Pantryküche befand, schmutzig und weisten einige Flecken auf.

Good location, nice apartment.
Pros:

The living room of the apartment was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bedroom was a good size and also had a balcony. The 'kitchenette' was in a cupboard and didn't have much in the way of facilities besides a kettle and a small fridge. When we travel we prefer to have breakfast in our room before going out for the day and this wasn't possible as there were no plates/bowls and cutlery was limited to 2 forks and a teaspoon. The hotel was close to shops, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The train station was about a 15 min walk away. The amazing cathedral and other sightseeing is on the other side of the train station so still all within walking distance. The lift was being repaired so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs each time we went out (we weren't notified about this prior to our stay, but even if we had we wouldn't have changed the booking).

Not as expected.
Pros:

A large room. No atmosphere at all.
Breakfast OK. Fresh fruit was nice.
Good location close to the Cathedral.

Cons:

There was no space for people to sit like a descent lobby or library - except for the room and the Restaurant.
The elevator to be inside the building and not almost outside - and it was freezing cold.

Es war stimmungsvoll.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, Nähe zum Musical Dom und Kölner Dom, bequeme Betten, schöner Boden mit einer Bodenheizung, eine Tiefgarage ums Eck.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Kochnische mit den Utensilien war nicht ausreichend für die Gästeanzahl, stimmungsvoller Frühstücksraum bzw. Restaurant. Nach der Anfrage wurde dieser Mangel beseitigt.

Ein Traum Hotel
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat sämtliche Erwartungen übertroffen.
Alles war herrlich unkompliziert.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Domblick. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt ums Eck,für 20€...akzeptabel.

Cons:

Wir wurden per Email informiert, das der Aufzug nicht funktioniert, schön und gut, dass das Zimmer im 3. Stock ist,wurde nicht erwähnt. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hatte es nicht nötig uns beim hoch tragen zu helfen. Für über 170€ sehr schlechter Service.

Bed room and living room are separated!
TV has youtube.
It was the first hotel where I jokingly told my travel companion, “I could totally live here,”

Cons:

Location was little bit inconvenient.
It’s within walking distance from Cologne Central Station and the Cathedral, but the route to the hotel was a bit inconvenient and the streets were quite narrow.
