El edificio, los muebles, el servicio y la ubicación.

Cons:

El apartamento alrededor una pequeña cocina la cual no tiene ningún elemento para cocinar, ni cubiertos, ni nada de nada para utilizarla. Creo que se podría equipar aunque sea solo un poco para que termine siendo útil.
