Well pleased
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

Great hotel, quality restaurant and everything you need
Pros:

Easy to find and book in, staff were lovely and helpful, and a lovely room. We particularly loved the restaurant, serving wonderful food.

Lovely overnight stay and excellent breakfast

Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Lovely evening meal

Cons:

Stairs were an obstacle for us with our luggage.
We like to open windows for fresh air but found drone from Kitchen below room bit noisy for sleeping. OK when turned off.
Over bath shower made floor wet between toilet and hand basin.
Bedroom seating could do with a bit more padding.

Pleasant
Pros:

Nice setting outside Louth. Friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Nice food and wine

Cons:

My friend had a problem in her room. The tap in the bath was stuck and she couldn’t empty the water out. We reported it to reception but that evening when we returned, her bath was still full of cold water. So she could not take a bath. She had a en-suite bath that she couldn’t use. We reported it again when we checked out and asked for some discount or some refund but our request was met with a laugh! Not what we expected at all and it left a nasty taste. An offer of some money back would have been the correct response as she had expected to be able to use the bath but she couldn’t.

I would stay again as the hotel is comfortable,clean and tidy. Just will not opt for breakfast.

Very comfortable beds

Cons:

Breakfast ( Full English)was por for the price we paid.
1 sausage
2 Bacon
Teaspoon of beans
Mushroom was rubbery
Non grilled tomato
Black pudding.
No sauces offered.
