Pros:

ロケーションが最高！トラムの駅が近く、また主要な観光地にも徒歩で行ける！
ホテルの女性スタッフも、朝、参加するツアーガイドが時間を過ぎても現れなかった時にツアー会社にコンタクトを取ってくれようとするなど親身に対応してくれた！
朝食でヨーグルトが欲しいと言うと直ぐに出してくれた！
夜もスタッフが常駐しているので、朝早い出発にも対応してくれる。

Cons:

気になる程ではないが、周囲が多少坂道になっているので足の悪い方は気をつけて！

Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell. Die Straßenbahnlinie T1 ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und mit dieser Linie gelangt man zu sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (sofern sie nicht sowieso fußläufig erreichbar sind) oder Fährverbindungen. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber und ansprechend. In manchen Bereichen etwas veraltet, was aber nicht stört und zum Charme des Hauses beiträgt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich, sehr höflich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig, etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre jedoch wünschenswert. In der Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt, was ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist. Außerdem ist die Dachterrasse sehr schön und angenehm um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im fünften Stock, welches sich direkt unterhalb der Terrasse befand. Einige Gäste wussten sich da leider nicht zu benehmen. (Lärm, Sesselrücken...)

Сотрудникам абсолютно безразличны проживающие , им легче кивнуть и сказать извините не знаю , даже не попытавшись помочь

1. Комнаты на фото выглядят фэйковыми, ожидания не оправдались
2. Грязно, в туалете повесили наклейку о том что почистили , а там вообще не выглядит как будто уборку делали, ободок был сломан с одной стороны, треснут , в душевой до меня посетитель воспользовался гелем для душа ,2 бутылки , они стояли . Понятно что не убирались
Внутри холодильника лежали банки пива в черном пакете , видимо гость дл меня оставил
Полы были грязные . Не хотелось притрагиваться

Posizione ottima per visitare Istanbul e tutti i luoghi turistici fermata del tram comodissa colazione molto buona con ottimo servizio e personale disponibile e cortese qualità prezzo ottimo servizio transfer da e per aeroporto efficiente e comodo consigliato.stanza comoda con buona pulizia con una bottiglia di acqua disponibile al giorno bollitore e caffè . bellissima terrazza con vista sul corno d'oro

We’ve been twice in 4 months, I hope we’ll return one day!
Pros:

A second stay here in just four months. The first for the trip to Fenerbahce, and the second for the Europa League final. It was great to meet Unal again and have a chat with him. He gave us some good advice about which tram to take to Taksim and he was also right about how we’d win the final easily! I’ve attached a photo that we talked about from the previous trip with the giant Turkish flag. I hope one day we’ll return!

Pros:

Staff were excellent all around and very helpful

Cons:

Had a bath tub in 1 room during our 5 nights there, on three different visits and we didn’t have a plug for the bath , I fashioned one out of al foil but wasn’t great .

Ubicación y el hotel en general

Cons:

Las vistas de la habitación, se veía al fondo el río, pero daba como a un patio. Ni tan mal porque era un quinto.
A la noche se oía como un generador, que nos imaginamos era de la terraza, que justo estaba en la planta de arriba

Close to the city center. Good helpfull staff.we can let our luggage at the reception.

Most helpful reception staff
Pros:

We took a basic room, not expensive, but it was a great location, clean, and the bed was comfortable and the shower hot, and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee good (not always the case in Istanbul). Best service staff ever. I have never before met more friendly, helpful or obliging reception staff.
