Pros:

Close to the city center. Good helpfull staff.we can let our luggage at the reception.

Cons:

Bad sound isolation between rooms and outside.
Breakfast could be more rich.

Most helpful reception staff
Pros:

We took a basic room, not expensive, but it was a great location, clean, and the bed was comfortable and the shower hot, and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee good (not always the case in Istanbul). Best service staff ever. I have never before met more friendly, helpful or obliging reception staff.

Pleasant, excellent service. Front desk was especially helpful and kind.

Cons:

The location was slightly less ideal. You had to take a specific route to get to the front door and because of the heavy traffic, we had some trouble getting cabs to drop us off. One time, we were dropped off on the other side of the block, at the top of the set of stairs, which headed to the main door.

Todo, el personal muy amable y atento, la ubicación y limpieza.

Cons:

Al subir a la habitación, después de desayunar 09:30h, estaba la señora de la limpieza haciendo el baño, ya había arreglado las camas, el check out se supone que es a las 11, con todas las cosas que aún no habíamos recogido y sin dejar de limpiar el baño, tuvimos que pedirla por favor que siguiera limpiando después, al irnos, pues aún había que hacer cosas.
