心地よく過ごせました
子供と2人で利用しました。フロントの方がとても素敵で、宅配便を頼んだのですが丁寧に対応してくださり、安心できました。お部屋も綺麗でしたが、特に水まわりが綺麗で驚きました。朝食も美味しかったです。
次博多に行く事があれば、また是非こちらのホテルで予約したいと思いました！

接客も部屋もいいと思います。
ただ、ホテルのホームページから予約しないと対応は変わります。
金額も変わらないし、泊まるなら直接予約です。
部屋型ちょっと狭かった。

無料朝食が旨い！
時間制になって、以前のげき混みはかなり緩和されました。しかも、男女共に大浴場付きで、更にランドリーが無料。洗剤付き！で、かなりのコスパです。
机もあるので、パソコン仕事も捗ります。
綺麗で良かったのですが、エアコンの風量調節が出来なかったのが残念でした。
LIVEのため3泊4日利用させていただきましたが、毎日シーツやタオル等その他整理整頓してくださっていてとても快適に過ごすことができました！ホテルから道路を挟んですぐにコンビニもありますし、最寄り(徒歩5分程)の中川端駅から空港線で天神や博多にもすぐ行けたので便利でした！また機会がありましたら是非利用させていただきたいと思いました！！
部屋は少し小さいが気にならない。街中に有るホテルだが静かであった。
中洲エリアに近く、飲み屋の選択肢が豊富。
対応も良く清潔。受付で少しもたついたのと、冷房が効きすぎる点は減点でした
スタッフの対応がとても温かく親切な印象で、１人旅でしたが心が和みました。
部屋とホテル全体は少し古い印象でしたが、浴室は新しく清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。

糸島産の玉子で卵かけご飯が出来ます。スムージーが付いてヘルシー、盛り付けもきれいで朝から気分が上がりました。
中洲川端駅に近くて便利。
ユニットバスは新しく清潔。
スタッフも皆さんとても対応がよかったです。
カーペットには古さを感じましたが、総じてコストパフォーマンスは非常にいいと思います。
また博多へ行く時にはこちらを利用します。

スタッフの方の対応も良く、お部屋も清潔でした。レディースフロアのアメニティも充実していました。バスタブが他のホテルに比べて深めだったので、アメニティの入浴剤を入れて、のんびり入浴できました。
エアコンの音がうるさいのが気になったのと、もう少し机の幅が広いと、使いやすいかと思います。
バスルームがリフォームされていて清潔
朝食メニューが美味しかったです。
