We really enjoyed our stay and this clean, comfortable and convenient hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location and restaurant recommendations from the staff were great.

Cons:

Toilet was leaking and was not repaired despite a request to do so.

A great one nighter
Pros:

Spent a night here on 5 July. We were very comfortable and well looked after. I can’t fault the service from the lady at reception. Unfortunately I forgot o write her name down but think it was Aurelia.

In any case I was happy with the room, happy with the location, and very happy with the the reception team.

Everything we had hoped for
Pros:

Our room was amazing - which we had hoped as we booked their penthouse suite. Basically a bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms and an upper deck with a complete view of the city and a hot tub.
The staff there is amazing, willing to help in any way possible to make your stay more fun. Alejandro made sure that we had everything possible to enjoy our stay.
The breakfast is amazing. Location is perfect. I could not imagine staying anywhere else if we return.

Cons:

Navigating the TV's was a challenge, only because the World Cup was in progress!

Staying at San Firenze was a great choice to start our Italy trip from Florence .
Pros:

1. The central location of the property . Uffizi and palazzo Vecchio are 1 min ! Duomo is 5 mins , Santa Croce basilica 7 and Accademia 12 mins walk. Choice of some amazing restaurants in the area as well.
2. Staff - very welcoming and helpful. Special mention and thanks to Andrew who helped us and gave some amazing recommendations from the time we were welcomed inside the hotel
3. Spacious room- party of 4- 2 adults and 2 kids (but 17 and 14) . We booked the suite and the kids were given sofa beds in the living area section which were very comfortable and spacious. The bedroom had a a dome view and comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Just have to be a little careful getting in and out of the bathtub shower since it’s pretty high.

Cons:

It was great. No complaints at all.

Outstanding Boutique hotel centrally located with an outstanding staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

This is an incredible place to stay while in Florence. It is centrally located, right behind the Palazzo Vecchio, a few blocks from the Duomo and an easy walk to Ponte Vecchio. There is a bank at the Palazzo Vecchio and had an easy ATM to use. The room was beautiful looking out on Piazza Sam Firenze. Excellent reasonable restaurants were just streets away. The staff was lovely and so helpful in all things. Allesandro provided us with 4 restaurant ideas, of which we ate at three and they were all wonderful. Yusra (spelling) and Gloria were engaging and so knowledgeable . One morning we had to meet a tour bus before breakfast started and the hotel put together two breakfast bags for us to take with us.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay. We have no negative comments
