La musique à fond le jour de HOLI à 8h du matin sur le rooftop alors que tout le monde dort.
The room was nice and large, with a nice divider between the kids and adults half of the family room. The showers were also big and there were two in our room. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The noise. The top floor (3) has a very thin roof and the restaurant is right above so all movement of chairs, music and the nightly performance is very loud when trying to get kids to sleep. After 10pm it’s fine, but just something to be aware of.

C'était Holi lorsque nous avons séjourné à l hôtel. Une fête était prévue sur la terrasse avec de la musique dès 8h00du matin mais le volume sonore était vraiment trop élevé.

Słaba wentylacja miała wpływ na zapach w łazience, więc cały czas było wilgotno, woda nie wyparowywała.

Spacious family room enabled us to all stay together, without having to get two separate rooms.
Heritage building retained many traditional features including the rooftop restaurant which set a beautiful ambience for the evening dinner show.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Rooms & bathrooms retained mostly traditional furniture & fixtures. Felt dated, but was clean. Not for people who are looking for more modern facilities.

Die Zimmer waren schön groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Lage zentral und dennoch nachts ruhig.
Das Essen (abends von der Karte gewählt) war scheußlich. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen - dies haben wir auf Grund der Erfahrung mit dem Abendessen weggelassen. Außerdem waren die Matratzen leider sehr hart. Generell ist das Hotel eher ein 3-Sterne als ein 4-Sterne Haus, recht altmodisch...

They advertised a culture show on the roof however I wouldn’t really say it was one and felt like they were pressuring to give money.
