Pathetic staffs
Pros:

Location and amenities available but not much useful.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. We paid ₹2,400 for a rooftop dinner, but despite that, we were told to go to the washroom just to wash our hands, which felt very inconvenient and unwelcoming.

The behavior of the serving staff was extremely rude. They even snatched the menu from our kids' hands, which was completely unacceptable. There was no politeness, no respect, and no hospitality throughout our visit.

A good dining experience is about more than just the food—it also depends on how guests are treated. Unfortunately, the poor service and rude staff completely ruined our evening. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Rajasthan excellent !
Pros:

Tout. J’invite mes compatriotes français et européens à me faire confiance lorsque j’affirme l’excellence de cet établissement.
La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Un réfrigérateur est à disposition. La salle de bain est large et pratique.
Un dressing ainsi qu’une zone sur un balcon sont attribués.
Nous disposons d’un room service de jour comme de nuit.
Le restaurant propose des choix variés et la cuisine est sublime.
Depuis le début de mon voyage en Inde, c’est la première fois que j’ai eu une émotion en quittant le lieu sans doute parce que je me suis senti bien dans ce lieu et également protégé et choyé.
Le personnel est au top.

TERRIBLE
Pros:

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY , THEY CHEAT & IT's HIGHLY UNSAFE
They are fooling foreigners in the name of heritage property PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS we have still not got our refund

Cons:

No airconditioners were working , we had booked 2 rooms & both rooms were in terrible condition. The airconditioner filters were cleaned after we checked in & we stood waiting outside the rooms ( May month )
Stained bedsheets , clogged bathroom drains . Terrible buffet breakfast . We asked to checkout in the middle of the night as the entire hotel had no airconditioning , the person on the reception was downright demeaning & threatening , abusive . We had to call the local police for assistance ( Complaint number P 26053000086 - at 1 am at night )
Had the police not come ontime , the man at the reception could have easily harmed us.
