Pros:

Staff were nice/helpful and the cultural show was fun. Dinner was delicious Indian food. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Cons:

It was difficult to contact the hotel. I tried through booking.com, email and calling but no response to any. Felt like price was high for what we got.

La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre pour un 4 étoiles.
Brasseur d’air au dessus du lit sale, toilette sale.
Il manque des serviettes mouchoirs dans la salle de bain.
Les clients de l’hôtel parlent fort dans les couloirs, comme s’ils étaient chez eux, bruyants.
Petit déjeuner pas assez varié.

All staff except reception
Breakfast was good
Room was ok

Cons:

Reception staff was not welcoming at all ( this is a pity as all the rest of the staff was very nice). It seems it was an effort for them to provide us bottle of water or to advise us on anything.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom during all of our stay.

Pros:

The room was clean, but we have to ask the water, and basic things like toothpaste, milk powder multiple times on call.
There was no pickup from railway station as promised, and nobody picked up the call or have seen messages on chat after paying the full amount, the number on the booking.com was wrong & I've told that at their reception desk.

Cons:

There was a needle that I found in my bed. I don't know from where it came, but it might have injured me or my family members pretty bad, if I haven't seen it on time.
