Very stylish Hotel, designed in the 60's, lost none of it's charm or coolness over the years... Good location to access the slopes and a nice jacuzzi and spa to relax after a day snowboarding, Staff nice enough.
I have to say that breakfast selection was very poor, no boiled eggs, no bread for the toaster for the 3 days, no bananas, and the scrambled eggs were horrendous. For the money and it's 4 star rating id expect a far better breakfast.
The staff is exceptional. Always trying to make best of our stay,
The beds are comfortable .
It is nice to be at the bar and the several places the the hotel has to rhave a drink, chat , read or just relax
The breakfast should be better . The scrambled eggs are very bad, the juices and the fruits are not good.
Some rooms are realy small and the lightening should be better.
We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the French Alps. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, with warm hospitality that perfectly matched the cozy mountain atmosphere. People say the decor is tired however its the charm of it to have the rustic alpine feel so it didnt bother us.
The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the ski resort, just steps away from the slopes, which made getting out early each morning effortless. The views of the snow-covered mountains were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The ski hire shops are all within a 5 minute walk or one opposite.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a traditional alpine style. The bed was very comfortable after long days on the slopes, . The spa and wellness area was also a highlight — the perfect place to relax and unwind after skiing. Yes the hot tub isnt the hottest but it didnt ruin the experience,
Breakfast each morning was great with a generous selection of fresh pastries, local cheeses, and hot options. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We did half board so we had an evening meal, the only thing we would suggest is more veggie options as we are veggies
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable ski holiday in France, we highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely return! We would like to make a special mention to Melvin and issabelle they are such lovely people :-)

+ location, hotelvibe, places for drinking, friendly staff, roomcomfort
- no help with luggage, poor choices eating half board, cleaning room late in the afternoon ( after 4pm), lack of hospitality
I am not sure who awards hotels their stars, but I think 4 stars is a bit generous... The staff on the front desk are absolutely charming and cannot do enough to help. The location is excellent, truly ski-in and out. The ski shop opposite are first class as well and the staff super friendly. However, there were several drawbacks that were disappointing. The rooms were small, the hot tub should be called a tepid tub, the acoustics of the very odd architecture mean that conversations have to be muted all the time (especially later in the evening when the staff tell you politely to be quiet - even if you're not being noisy). Beneath a very thin veneer of attempted glamour the hotel looks tired and dated. The restaurants (essentially two different rooms served by one kitchen) are ok, though one evening we had to send food back as it was stone-cold. Breakfast is standard buffet fare, again unremarkable - and the coffee tasted like the stuff you get from a motorway service station. Were it not for the friendly and hard-working staff, it would have been a very forgettable stay.
This hotel has the most wonderful staff. We were let down by our allocated accommodation in the village and the receptionist Charlene and her team were outstanding in finding a room for us in the first case, and also offering support initially in trying to contact our initial booking.
The hotel itself is charming and totally individual with a beautiful foyer, and bar. The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared.
A lovely hotel.
Thankyou again for our stay
Ничего
Завтрак ужасный. Даже яичница не всегда есть уборка номеров только по просьбе забыл попросить номер не убрали вообще какой-то бред
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left all staff (without exception) were very friendly, sincere and accommodating. The breakfasts and evening meal were very good and the location gave very easy access to both the slopes and the nearby bars, restaurants and shops.
From the time we arrived they have made our stay great friendly staff and just a great place to stay for a long weekend. Ideal central location
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I am lactose intolerant and the menu was limited but they made a new dish for me. There was some bother with another resident taking my skies and they helped with that. I would def stay again.
Location
My partner and I stayed here over New Year and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was poor. No one helped us with our bags and the room itself was shockingly small. I wouldn’t even describe it as a hotel room, it felt more like renting space for a bed. There was barely room to move, let alone store suitcases, which is completely unacceptable given the price we paid.
On our first night we had a dinner booking. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were completely ignored until we eventually had to say we had a reservation. The female manager was extremely rude and dismissive, speaking to us as if we were an inconvenience. Rather than welcoming us, seating us, or explaining the menu, she acted as though there was “no possible way” we could be accommodated and would rather ignore us altogether. The restaurant itself is dated, cramped, and uninviting, with very few tables and absolutely no atmosphere.
The hotel claims to be dog friendly, but this is completely misleading. At breakfast, we were told our dogs were not allowed, despite seeing other guests with dogs at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were rude and inconsistent, making us feel uncomfortable every time we had our dogs with us. When one of our dogs had a wee outside on the decking area, the restaurant manager aggressively said, “What makes you think you can do that? It will smell.” This is supposedly a dog friendly resort. Dogs urinate, especially in snowy conditions. While owners should of course clean up poo, complaining about a dog urinating outdoors on hotel grounds is absurd. If dogs are effectively restricted to the room only, then this is not a dog friendly hotel, no matter how they market themselves.
Breakfast was equally disappointing. There was very little choice, a basic cheese board, yoghurts, croissants, and poorly cooked sausages and scrambled eggs.
