Breakfast room was so small and not big enough to fulfil even a quarter of the hotel’s guests so when I went down one morning - there was nowhere to sit! Breakfast itself was very basic and quality was below mediocre.
They are very helpfull and the breakfast are very good.
Room are clean except under the bed so try to look what’s hiding under.
This Hôtel was really bad staff was very rude our bed was shaking we can’t sleep bathroom was unexpected this is worse Hôtel ever my life

We had a wonderful stay at Le MalownHotel! The location is excellent, with many of the main attractions within walking distance. The Louvre Museum, for example, is only about a 10-minute walk away. During our four-day trip with two children, we only used the metro twice, which says a lot about how convenient the location is.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a very good selection, making it a great way to start the day.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

J’avais loué une suite junior: la porte de salle de bain ne coulissait plus, aucune place pr déposer ses affaires dans la salle de bain, aucune armoire, penderie, cintres dans la chambres pr ranger ses affaires…. Pas grave pr une nuit mais dans une suite junior prévue pour 4….
Cet hôtel nous a beaucoup séduit de par son confort, sa modernité et sa localisation dans Paris, qui plus est dans une rue calme et agréable. Idéal pour aller à l'Arc de triomphe à pied (37min sur google maps).
Peut-être le côté "cubique" de certains équipements tels que le robinet ou les lampes de chevet qui furent un casse-tête à utiliser. D'ailleurs je n'ai pas réussi à allumer ma petite lampe au-dessus de ma tête dans le lit ahah. Par ailleurs, une canette de coca cherry aurait été la bienvenue dans le mini bar !

Breakfast was much smaller than expected, it didn’t really feel worth the money. There were some issues with air conditioning: when arriving I wasn’t able to control it from the room and asked the staff to turn it on. They turned it on but then the room was freezing so I asked to turn it up a bit but instead the room became even colder. In the last morning I noticed I was suddenly able to control the air conditioning by myself from the room but didn’t really understood why this wasn’t an option from the start. Room was smaller than expected and even though it was fine, the photos of the rooms didn’t really meet the reality. In my booking I also payed the city fee but had to pay it again when arriving.
