Meglepett 1-2 dolog, pl. A folyosón lévő szőnyegen nagyon régiek,.lyikasak,.kopottak voltak, a Wc ülőke mállott szét. Ez a 2 dolog volt zavaró.

Die Lage ist super. Sowohl der See, als auch Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten sind in kurzen Spaziergängen zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück war sensationell - eine tolle Auswahl . Angela vom Empfang hält, was der Name verspricht. Sie ist ein Engel!! 💓

Pros:

Schöner Pool zum erfrischen. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich und bemüht, man hat ihr angemerkt wie peinlich ihr die Situation war. Sie war wirklich sehr sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Uns wurde ein Einzelzimmer gegebenen, für zwei Erwachsene obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben. Nach einigen Stunden Diskussion haben wir ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, dieses war so klein dass kein Platz war Koffer oder sonstiges abzulegen. Das Bett war circa 1.20m groß, für zwei Erwachsene sehr klein. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Kissen und Handtücher waren dreckig als wir in das Zimmer kamen.
Wir haben dem Hotel vorgeschlagen dass wir in eine andere Unterkunft gehen und sie uns die Hälfte erstatten, darauf haben sie sich nicht eingelassen.
Die Dame an der Rezeption hat gesagt dass sie schon wissen dass ein Einzelzimmer zu klein für zwei ist und auch das neue Zimmer zu klein ist, sie haben jeoch nichts anderes mehr frei gehabt. Ich Frage mich wieso dann noch Buchungen angenommen werden?

Stühle auf dem Balkon waren kaputt, die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig aufsperren. Zimmer war zu Straße daher extrem laut, die Fensterläden waren leider kaputt und konnten somit nicht geschlossen werden, somit war es auch ziemlich früh sehr hell im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat zwar eine große Auswahl aber vieles sah abgetrocknet und unappetlich aus, außerdem gab es zum Beispiel Sardellen, diese standen immer ohne Kühlung am Buffet ebenso wie mit Wurst und Fisch belegte Croissants. Teller und Tassen waren grundsätzlich vergriffen beim Frühstück und wenn welche da waren, waren diese dreckig.

Wir konnten für die letzten zwei Nächte ein neues Zimmer beziehen, dieses war gar nicht so übel allerdings auch hier: Fensterläden kaputt, Klimaanlage ohne Funktion.

Es ging einmal der Feueralarm, diesen hat man aber lustigerweise nicht wirklich gehört und es war Zufall dass wir auf das Geräusch gehört haben, die Vorstellung dass man schläft und es wirklich brennen würde und der Alarm so anschlägt ist sehr beunruhigend.

Bei dem Gewitter das Aufzug hat es in unsere Fenster reingeregnet, die Dichtungen konnten dem nicht standhalten.

Pros:

Alltid en fin atmosfär med historiska vingslag. Det uppskattar vi verkligen. Parkering i trädgården. Läget nära hamnen m restauranger.
