The staff were exceptionally kind and outgoing.
The room was clean.
The breakfast deliveries were very nice.

Cons:

The room was cramped.
There wasn't a refrigerator in the room.
No access to ice machines or even ice.
The section of the hotel we were assigned to didn't have an elevator.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Je me suis réveillé avec 14 piqûres sur la peau.
J’ai dû laver toutes mes affaires en rentrant de peur des punaises de lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté l’hôtel. Ils ont demandé une enquête, qui n’a rien révélé dans la chambre.
Cela n'a néanmoins pas enlevé tous ces boutons et les démangeaisons sur le corps. Même si je ne peux rien prouver, c'est bizarre de se coucher avec rien la veille et de se reveiller avec tous ces boutons.
J'aurai aimé un geste de l'établissement mais au lieu de cela, ils ont brandit qu'ils avaient une équipe légale.
Je suis outré d’avoir eu ce type d’échange avec eux. Bref une très mauvaise expérience.

The location is pretty good also I had an issue with the room they changed the room kindly

Cons:

It take a lot of time to clean the rooms and sometimes you go to bed and back after a long day and the room still not cleaned, the rooms are very small, the breakfast is not worth it.

Pros:

The staff members, especially the ones in reception, were super helpful and polite. They anticipate their guest's needs. I arrived quite late and tired and the reception staff noticed this. He gave me a bottle of water, had a bit of chat and I felt better. The room given to me was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is near an underground station and a few shops around. I would say that I had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room given to me was in level 2. Unfortunately, there was no lift but it's kot really a big deal for me.

Friendly staff and very quiet considering the location and the bed was very comfortable!
Pros:

Great location close to Eventim Apollo and Hammersmith Broadway.

Cons:

Nothing really except for the room being slightly smaller than expected and no hot breakfast option.
