Pros:

Non centralissima me comunque vicina alla metro con cui andare ovunque. Personale sempre disponibile al bisogno, colazione mattutina in camera e pulizia.

Cons:

La dimensione della camera, ma dato che ci si sta solo per dormire, va benissimo anche così

Everything pretty much as we expected it. All good, thanks.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. Large, open bathroom space with excellent walk-in shower. The hotel itself is next to a fairly busy road but the windows were good and it was quiet inside. Hotel is located handily for local amenities and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful if needed. Tea-making facilities inside the room.

Cons:

No room in this hotel for breakfast or dining facilities, but not a major problem as long as you are aware of this. A small and pretty basic breakfast was served in the room at the requested time - not brilliant, but, again, not a major issue as long as you are not expecting anything else.

Very good location and comfortable room
Pros:

Very pleasant room with good facilities. The staff were extremely courteous and pleasant and responded to any requests we had very quickly. It is a convenient hotel near good transport links.

Cons:

We were slightly surprised to find that the breakfast, which was included in the price we paid, was brown bag delivered to our room. There was no choice and therefore some of it was not to our taste.

Δεν έχει ανσασερ, που για εμάς δεν ήταν καθόλου πρόβλημα. Το αναφέρω για ανθρώπους που δεν μπορούν εύκολα να ανέβουν σκάλες.

Great staff member Aranit and great stay
Pros:

Had a really lovely stay at Seraphine – such a great hotel in a perfect location. Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment I arrived.

A special shoutout to Aranit, who was incredibly courteous and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s always the people that make the biggest difference, and the service here really stood out.

Friendly staff excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and a gorgeous hotel. Would highly recommend staying here for a few nights. We stayed for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the touch of breakfast being delivered to your door promptly at your requested time.

De tudo, localização, camas confortáveis, aquecimento dos quartos, simpatia dos funcionários tudo estava dentro do expectável

Cons:

A limpeza da casa de banho estava um bocadinho aquém do que esperava quando chegamos no primeiro dia, mas não foi nada que não desse para usar a mesma.

Pros:

Nært til tuben og sentrale linjer. Flere puber og ulike spisesteder i nærheten. Stille området.

Cons:

Dårlig renhold, spesielt på bad. Streng lukt på rommet, som kan være mugg. På badet var det flere steder sorte området som kunne relateres til mugg. Ingen uttrekk av fukt på badet (når en går ut) gir gode forhold for mugg. Rom for 2, men kun en stol.
