Decent stay, great location
Pros:

Was offered upgrade to room which had all the usual supplies, tea/coffee facilities, air conditioning, TV etc. Bathroom was decent and clean but the shower was a tight fit, comfortable bed, generally a nice stay

Cons:

No iron or ironing board provided - possibly would have if asked for but didn't ask. Rooms were relatively compact but had all the regular facilities.

Not a 4 star hotel, not even close.

Cons:

Bed very hard and uncomfortable and the pillow’s also hard. The room was so small that you had the chargers in your face all night, they literally stuck out from the side of a cupboard and in your head, so they got pushed out in the middle of the night if you turned over. The bed tables was the low shelf in the cupboards next to the bed and there was a lamp sitting there for no use and taking up space, so hanging clothes was draped on the lamp. The breakfast was delivered to the room, but it was just a snack - not a meal! The bath was so small that the door opening to the shower through glass doors was about 45cm wide…. This hotel was rated 4 stars, but it was NOT a 4 star experience. We stayed in the Holiday Inn express hotel further down the street in February and this is rated 3 stars. Better rooms, full breakfast with as much as you can eat, even toiletries if you forgot to bring some. Don’t know how this can ever be rated as a 4 star hotel.

The quality was not as expected
Pros:

The staff was exteremely kind. The position perfect, close to the metro, to the river and in an area plenty served with restaurants, shops, etc.

Cons:

The room was quite small, and I did not find the cleaning quality that it was mentioned in other guests comments. The breakfast served by a butler in the room is a good service, however the room was too small, there was just a very narrow desk on which there was the kettle's set, therefore no space to have the breakfast. I recommend more space if they want to serve a breakfast in the rooms.

The pictures on booking.com was obsolutelly different from real ones. It was shown a good size room, but instead we got a cozy room.
When asked a staff why, we got an answer, that if booked through booking.com you get a lower price and of course a lower quality room.
So, if you are level 3 booking.com, you get bigger discount, but the worst room.
If what to get good room, pay more at the hotel.
