The gentleman working on reception were really helpful and had excellent customer service.
The hotel were clean and modern. The bed were lovely and comfortable

The only thing is the bathroom didn't seem that bright with the lights on

Good stay and would use it again for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Location was good, rooms and hotel very clean. Nice hot powerful shower too.

Cons:

The room was quite small and I struggled to get past the bed rubbing along the wall. The bed I found to be quite soft but that is more my preference and I know everything has different preferences. For a 4 star hotel id expect Nespresso pods or better quality instant coffee.

Chambre confortable, bon emplacement près de plusieurs lignes majeures de métro, et de la salle de concert Eventim Apollo. Calme du quartier avec un bémol sur l'arrière du bâtiment (turbines), quartier sécurisant.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner. Il vaut mieux baisser le prix de la chambre et ne pas inclure le petit-déjeuner qui est très peu qualitatif (aspect nutritionnel du package : tout industriel), livraison du petit-déjeuner à la porte de la chambre à l'heure convenue mais réveil, avant l'heure, par le bruit du passage chez les autres résidents.
