The accommodation was overall comfortable and met our expectations. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the warm welcome. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the city center, which made exploring easy.

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was fine.

Gut die Stadt zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Wohnung hat alt und modrich gestunken.
Die Einrichtung war alt und renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Schlafsofa war nicht wirklich ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen.
Die Stromsituation war schwierig. Es hat ständig die Sicherung rausgehauen.
Das Schlafsofa war in der Küche und alles war viel zu eng.

Pros:

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Mariana hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen oder liegen. Der Pool ist schön, wir haben diesen aber nicht genutzt.
Perfekt ist das Parken in der Tiefgarage.Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und man kommt sehr schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt und zu den Restaurants. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit Mariana sowie das ein-und auschecken war absolut problemlos.

Marianne war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sauber. Die Anlage gepflegt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kostenfrei!

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm, da direkt an der Via Gardesana gelegen und leider die sehr schlechten Matratzen auf der Schlafcouch. (Nicht geeignet für Senioren).

Poteva andare meglio
Pros:

La posizione molto buona, la vicinanza al lungolago e al centro di Malcesine.
Posto auto in un garage privato ( anche se angusto).

Cons:

Arredamento vecchio, da rimodernare. Dotazione della cucina senza neanche un tagliere. Cappa della cucina unta. Biancheria da bagno mai sostituita in 11 gg di soggiorno. In bagno 1 solo smilzo rotolo di carta igienica per 2 persone per 11 giorni.

La stanza alla consegna aveva odore di chiuso come se non fosse stata aperta da tanto tempo o comunque non abbastanza.

ZA KRÓTKI. Wrócimy tam.
Pros:

Basen na terenie obiektu - bezcenny.
Zarządzająca, Pani Marianna - wcielenie uprzejmości, uczynności, wyrozumiałości .
Poliglotka, w związku z tym nie było żadnych nieporozumień jezykowych.
Apartamenty z Patio bardzo użyteczne, bowiem z sypialni " hop do basenu", co dla dwóch dorastających chłopaków buło frajdą największą.

Pros:

This is not a hotel, so you must bring your own detergent, shampoo, towels for pool. But the location is very convenient, as you can cross the street and walk along the lake to find everything you need. The view is fabulous.

Great location but decor and furniture (especially the sofa bed) needs some updating.
Pros:

Great location just a short stroll along the promenade to the centre.
First floor apartment had a view of the lake.
Pleasant pool area.
Marianne was really welcoming and sorted out a problem with missing sofa bed linen very quickly.

Cons:

Decor and furniture very dated and old.
We had apartment number 4 which is a 1 bedroom. As 3 adults we also needed to use the sofa bed which has seen better days and most definitely needs replacing. The sofa bed is very old and uncomfortable but as we were only staying 2 nights it wasn’t too bad.
The cleaners had forgotten to leave bedding for the sofa bed or a pillow but Marianne did resolve very quickly.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Fabulous location with the most amazing view from the balcony, we were in apartment 9 which is very spacious.

Cons:

Good apartment, very clean, comfy beds. Some things are a little old and need updating. We had a couple of minor issues which were fixed promptly.
