Pros:

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the location is perfect, close to all restaurants and pick up points for different activities. Rooms a cozy and comfortable.

朝食の他にもワッフルやケーキ、クッキーなどが食べれる時間があるのと、暖かい飲み物がいつでも飲める。
スタッフの方も優しくとても良かった！
ツアーの集合場所にも近いことが多く立地もいい。

Perfect location, Good value & Friendly staff!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, you are right beside the bus station, main pickup points for activities with almost all providers. Basically a 5-10min walk from everything in Tromsø.

Bed is really comfortable, had some great sleep. Rooms are warm and an extra heater is provided in the room (it was on in preparation for our arrival as well).

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7. Free waffles between 5 & 7pm were a tasty treat either before or after an activity.

Cons:

The staff did not make our bed, it's not really a bad thing because we didn't mind and we kind of half made the bed ourselves, but we always received extra towels and toilet paper when needed no problem.

The room has no ceiling light, but there is enough light from the bed lamps but it's just different.

At the end of the day, if you came to Tromsø to spend your days in the hotel you are doing it wrong so we were happy just to have somewhere to sleep! :)

Pros:

El hotel esta en una muy buena ubicación para los lugares de encuentro de los tours. El personal muy amable! Buen desayuno. Me gustó mucho que a las 17h puedo uno hacerse waffles y tomar galletas te o café, me parece genial para comer algo antes de los tours de auroras que suelen empezar a las 18h... Mi habitación de habitación individual en el 5to piso tenia una vista bonita a la montaña lado teleférico. El Wi-Fi bien.

Cons:

No es muy importante pero no pude ver tv. El TV tenía la opción moderna para poder conectarse con streaming y la cuenta personal pero como yo no tengo Netflix ni nada de streaming... Quise ver tv normal pero solo 1 canal estaba disponible...

Localização. Sonotização e atendimento do resepcionista Danielle foi fantástico, muito empático e educado.
O café da manhã estava muito bom e poder tomar chá e ter uns biscoitos na tarde foi muito agradável. Recomendaria e voltaria com certeza.

Kommer aldri til å benytte dette hotellet igjen.
Pros:

Frokosten var bra

Cons:

Elendige små rom, manglet lyspære i taket. Lite bad. Kom ikke opp i senga dra begge sider. Burde hatt lysregulering for å møtes på gulvet.

Veldig god frokost. God seng. Lunt og godt i februar. Varmekabler på badet.

Cons:

Dusjen på badet falt stadig ned og måtte holdes i én hånd mens man dusjet. Ingen plass til toalettsaker.

La cama y la ubicación muy cerca de todo.

Cons:

Que en la noche no haya personal en la recepción se me hizo un poco raro, pero te dan la opción de apoyarte con alguien mas si lo necesitas, afortunadamente nunca lo necesité.
