Pros:

Our check-in was smooth. We came past 11 pm into the hotel which of course, the hotel was closed already by that time but we had no problem at all from it. It was well organized. The hotel contacted us the night before our flight so that we could enter the hotel without hassle. Super!

Also, we liked it as well that our room was at the corner and just right from our window is that we could see the beautiful view of the mountain and see. We loved it so much!

We enjoyed as well the buffet breakfast and free waffle every afternoon. We will coming back for sure. Thank you so much

Muy buena ubicación, buen desayuno y una habitación básica.
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bueno, en la medida justa y lo mejor los croissants, el servicio y atención durante el desayuno es muy bueno. La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta, a 2 minutos de la calle principal, las paradas de autobús están realmente de cerca y los encuentros de las excursiones siempre los teníamos a 2 minutos.

Cons:

Habitación muy básica, sin amenities, jabón básico para todo sin distinción y nada de extras que te facilitan al ir a hoteles fuera. El colchón es demasiado blando ( parece de agua) y esto dificultó la comodidad en general.

Pros:

Doskonały hotel, blisko centrum, pod wejściem jest przystanek autobusowy i plac przy którym są zbiórki na większość wycieczek. Autobus 33 zawiezie np. na Buchtatelegraf gdzie można podziwiać zorzę. Autobus 42 w 20min zawiezie na lotnisko. W hotelu dostępna jest cały czas kawa i herbata oraz ciastka. O 17:00 zaczyna się czas na robienie pysznych gofrów. Wszystkie te udogodnienia są w cenie pobytu. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne. Lot powrotny mieliśmy dopiero o 22:00 i od 12:00 po wymeldowaniu nie było problemu żeby poczekać przy kawie i herbacie do 19:00.

Na osobne podziękowania zasługuje obsługa, która była rewelacyjna. Dzięki przemiłej Pani z Polski zobaczyliśmy zorzę polarną. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt, tussendoor koffie en wafels. Prima kamers en heel centraal gelegen. En dat voor een zeer schappelijke prijs!

Con este hotel no fallas
Pros:

Todos en el hotel hablan español perfectamente y son muy agradables. Pedí hacer el check in unas horas antes y pude hacerlo sin ningún problema. La habitación era cómoda, con un tamaño adecuado y todo estaba limpio. El desayuno buffet merece muchisimo la pena. Tiene gran variedad y esta todo riquísimo. El hotel tambien ofrece por las tardes gofres con el queso marrón típico de Noruega y mermelada, además de café o té, todo esto incluido en la estancia. La ubicación es ideal, está en pleno centro se Tromsø y tiene justo en frente una parada de autobús que lleva al aeropuerto. No podía pedir nada más del hotel, ha sido todo un acierto, se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo.

Cons:

El baño era algo pequeño pero tenia suelo radiante.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen.
Die Zimmer haben sehr gemütliche Betten. Das Personal ist super freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und wirklich lecker.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

The place to stay in Tromso
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to bus and ferry terminal and walking distance to the harbour and attractions. Staff were wonderful - very accommodating and helpful with luggage storage. The free access to tea, coffee and afternoon waffles was a bonus!

Helt ok men tror ikke jeg kommer tilbake

Lokal beliggenhet

Cons:

Rommet var ikke ordentlig rent, og badet skulle trengt litt fin pussing. Frokosten var å helt OK men ikke wow.
