La amabilidad es importante
Cons:

Las personas que trabajaban en la cocina, no eran muy amables. A veces parecía hasta que molestábamos como huéspedes. No era todo el personal pero sí pienso que como huéspedes es importante tener un recibimiento amable y cordial al menos.

This hotel is a great value for money
Pros:

This is a place where to go and relax oneself during a stay in Bucharest, enjoying at the same time the great services that could be found, being able to taste an excellent breakfast that is served in the morning and besides there is a courtly restaurant where very delicious local dishes can be found.

Cons:

This hotel is a little far from the center that can in any case be reached by taxi without spending a lot of money.

Pros:

very nice and comfortable city hotel with garden restaurant and seats surrounded by a lot of colourful flowers on a good location (far away from the busy trafic on the streets); central location near to some city bus stops and in nearby from Piata Victorei square and metro station there (blue line) - easy access also on foot; friendly and helpful personal in service; rich breakfast with sweet cakes and salty Romanian specialities with hot and cold drinks; functioning WIFI and air-conditioning in hotel and all hotel rooms (to switch on/off by wish, especially in hot summer period preferable) are a big plus for this accomodation in Bucharest;

Hotel aconchegante, classico e com conforto nota 10, merecem as 4 estrelas
Pros:

O hotel lembra excelentes hoteis antigos, com decoração impecável e uma arte não moderna mas eficiente. O pequeno almoco foi bem servido com cozinha local e a comida estava otima. Quartos espaçosos limpos e impecáveis na limpeza. Casa de banho agradável e espaçosa, com amenities interessantes e bem cheirosos a Bergamota. Otimo hotel em si.

Cons:

O atendimento foi ok. A receção foi curta, rápida nas informações mas muito eficiente. A unica leve ressalva foi a hora do pequeno almoço que havia um bolo a disposição no buffet aberto a todos, mas duvidaram de nossa palavra e acharam que pegamos onde estava fechado a todos, causando um breve incomodo, mas depois não foi dito mais sobre o assunto.
