Ein wundervoller Kurzurlaub mit freundlichen Menschen und perfekter Lage, um alles zu besichtigen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich erwünscht gefühlt, hübsche Zimmerausstattung

Cons:

zu wenig Parkplätze zum Ausladen vor dem Hotel. Es sollte angegeben werden, dass in der Parkgarage ohne Parkservice keine Parkplätze für das Hotel reserviert sind und man dadurch sowieso auf den Service zurückgreifen muss, da in der anderen Parkgarage, welche öffentlich ist, Überfüllung herrscht.

Pros:

Bra frukost. Mottagandet i receptionen när vi kom var fantastiskt trevligt. Kvinnan i receptionen hjälpte oss också med restaurangfråga trots att hon var tvungen att lämna hotellet för att ersätta på grannhotellet.

Cons:

Per ore non c’era nessuno dello staff presente in reception, in camera non c’era il frigo bar e recuperare dell acqua e’ stata un’impresa. Abbiamo chiesto all’hotel accanto a cui ci avevano detto di poterci rivolgere per avere due aperitivi in camera e ci è’ stato detto che il servizio non era previsto…

Very nice hotel
Pros:

We are staying at this hotel last few years and it is always great to stay when in Trieste. The receptionists are very kind and helpfull. Breakfast is also very good and with excellent coffee. Beds are comfortable and bath is nice.
Parking is not far away from the hotel. Location is the best in city

Tolle Lage, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliche, kompetente und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Top Lage und auch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Auto kann man dann einfach vor dem Hotel abstellen und den Parkservice in Anspruch nehmen. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und ein angenehmer Frühstücksraum.

Conoscevo la struttura da anni quindi scelta perché ottima

Cons:

Diversamente dal passato, la colazione non è adeguata a questa struttura: scarsità di scelta, prodotti dozzinali, scarsità di bicchieri, mancanza di cucchiaini per lo yogurt, non sanno cosa è un caffè tipo americano, ed oltre, quindi non conforme ad un hotel di quella levatura. (abbiamo fatto colazione il primo giorno nella struttura più importante, ma la situazione era la stessa.

We liked everything, the location was superb. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Good coffee. We stayed for 2 nights, had to leave early before breakfast, and they pack breakfast box. They organised taxi to train station, super fast. Will definitely be back. We loved Trieste.

Toller Jahreswechsel mit Ärger am Abreisetag.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt neben der Piazza Unita ist einfach toll. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und im Geschehen.

Cons:

4 Stunden Wartezeit auf das garagierte (€ 30,--/Tag) Auto war nicht nur lästig sondern zeugte auch von der Inkompetenz des Personals, das erst nach mehreren Stunden mit erfundenen Vertröstungen eine Selbstabholung des Fahrzeugs in der nur 10 Minuten entfernten Garage ermöglichte!!!
