Lokacija je stvarno odlična ,osoblje je ljubazno ,parkiranje auta brzo i efikasno ali uz jaču cenu sve i svemu soba prosečna kreveti neudobni za cenu koju smo platili očekivali smo više

Super nettes Personal, tolle Lage. Der Parkservice hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Sehr schönes Apartment

Einzig kleines Manko aufgrund der top Lage mit vielen Lokalen kann es in der Nacht etwas laut sein.

Lieber ein paar Schritte mehr zum Piazza und ein bequemeres Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Bett sehr bequem. Auch der Parkettboden ist wunderschön. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es ist nicht möglich, die Temperatur/Klimaanlage im Zimmer selber zu regulieren, man muss die Rezeption anrufen. Es war aber problematisch - die Klimaanlage sollte ausgeschaltet sein, hat aber doch kalt geblasen. Von den 3 Zimmern, die ich gebucht habe, haben 2 Probleme mit der Klimaanlage/Heizung gehabt. Einmal waren sogar Techniker im Zimmer um 23Uhr- es wurde zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber wer will schon um die Zeit umziehen?

Für den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel muss man seinen Zimmergenossen/seine Zimmergenossin sehr gut kennen! Das Bad/Klo hat eine Glaswand/tür, zwar Strukturglas aber gut durchsichtbar. Vom Bett aus habe ich ziemlich alles gesehen (gehört sowieso) und das ist für niemanden angenehm. Die Schiebetür ist nicht einmal richtig zugegangen.

Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Platz im Zimmer gewünscht (Kühlschrank knapp neben dem Bett), auch einen Spiegel und brauchbare Regale - für mich (1,57 groß) waren sie unmöglich hoch angelegt. In einem 4-Stern Hotel aus dem Koffer leben zu müssen ist irgendwie komisch!

Ich habe noch nie so wenig Auswahl in einem 4-Stern Hotel gehabt. Bis auf die Croissants (trocken) war die Qualität allerdings gut.

Im Frühstücksraum war am Wochenenden (März) um 9 Uhr kein Tisch mehr frei.
