After I checked in on a cold and rainy day in February, I discovered that the hotel had no heating system—or at least that’s what the front desk told me. I requested maintenance to check the issue, turn off the fan (which was blowing cold air), and fix the TV, which wasn’t working. However, no one ever showed up. When I asked to cancel my reservation due to the uncomfortable conditions, they refused.
I would never recommend staying here, not even for half a day.

Bathrooms were not cleaned. Bed pillows were dirty.

Manager doesn't make a quick and right action about the complain in this hotel. Very terrible experience! Bathrooms are leaking, appliance not working and very slow/don't give guest requests. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I stayed here with 2 children for quarantine. Never again. How this hotel has any star rating at all i do not know.
I requested fries for the children as they dont eat spicy food...no requests were listened to.
The smell of the kitchen was rancid.
Very loud from outside noise.
a 3am wake up call to let me know my PCR results was in and i could leave!!

I stay for Quarantine with family but it’s horrible room was smelling very bad.toilet floor tiles are dirty no hote waters.Foods not good I have order from out side all times . This is not star hotel suites . Pls don’t book for family quarantine. It’s not worth for the amount what we paid. Discover Qatar should not recommend this hotel.

Worst Quarantine hotel I have ever stayed with poor Internet WIFI, no breakfast on arrival day, old room not properly housekept, water in wash basin comes out in minute jet not serving the purpose, provided food quality worst leading to diarrhoea for myself, they dont assist you with any selective requests (I made several requests since I am a vegetarian but no response), finally I ended up ordering my own food from talabat, TV doesnt provide much channels for entertainment, rooms aren't sound proof, you can hear all sounds like Vehicle movement, telephone lines aren't clear and are outdated models.

Very positive experience at orange fitness center with friendly and professional staff in a well equipped gym . I take regularly personal trainer sessions with Mr Rahul and also join the Fat burning class with him .Rahul makes each of the training sessions challenging and rewarding , I have been able to see continual improvement from my sessions so definitely I recommend him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness goals .

Not clean. Broken shower, faulty drain, Very little utilities as listed in the kitchen. Rooms not maintained daily. Breakfast provided sparse. Very disappointing especially as review on Expedia stated hotel suitable. I have taken photos.

Its a good place with some good facilities, staff are friendly but it is in need of some TLC

Ok location for the money you pay and good customer service (slow but ok). However I was extremely disappointed with the kitchen. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6.30am but when I got downstairs after 7.15am there was still no food as chef didn’t turn up to work yet. Eventually got food at 8am which was very late for my 3 year old daughter. When we wanted to have a light lunch at 11.30am as we had an overseas flight to catch, we were told none of the two chefs were in the kitchen again. Airport shuttle was good (used it both ways) - although the van used on a pick up night had plenty to be desired (super old model and the seat belts did not work).

Last 2 years I am frequently staying in Corp suites. They ll listen to our queries and provide good service. Need to appreciate the house keeping person
They ll clean the room properly. Reception person also more supportive and friendly
For me only cons their buffet.

The photographs reflect the hotel a decade ago. The room was very old. the balcony was filthy. The gym was hot and dirty and each of the three running machines malfunctioned (one even gave me an electric shock). We tried the restaurant but the first 4 things we ordered were not served. I also pre-ordered the shuttle to collect us from the airport, but when I got there, nobody had a clue about it. Do not go here!

Clean and quite, staff is very helpful and friendly

The airport distance and I didn’t like the poor internet connectivity.

We already reserved our room 3days ahead, when we arrive in the hotel they said it's for cleaning. My God were waiting for more than an hour until now we don't have the room.Check in time is 1pm it's almost 3pm now.

I stayed here for tow days in May'19. Feeder service to Doha Metro red line runs right in front of the hotel. It will make a good place for someone who wants cheaper options but an easy access to city center. There are lot of restaurants and one supermarket nearby.

I stayed in an an Executive Suite. The room was specious and well decorated. Furniture was old but comfortable.

None of the equipment in kitchen, except the fridge worked. The WiFi worked in only one of the corner of the room. Room was never cleaned during my stay in spite of several requests, which was the ultimate let down.
