I feel very sorry about me

The price for the hotel is not fit of the exact expectation of the hotel.
Cons:

The Aircondition is hot, the pool is color green we dont know if its the normal or what. There is no utensils to used for cooking plate, glasses even spoon and fork. they said you have to request bit they should have already put there. The lights are very dim

الكثير من الازعاج واصوات الابواب و صوت تحريك الاثاث فوقنا والمبلغ كثير على المكان ،، اما المسبح فقد كان متسخ لونه اخضر وبالرغم من ان الحجز مكتوب مع الافطار الا انهم قالو لا يشمل الافطار

Lack of communication.
Cons:

My concern was the facility, we have booked a hotel for the main reason of relaxation in the pool, kids were so excited to swim. Wearing their bathing suit which is very obvious in the reception area during our check in time and not even one from the staffs mentioned that the pool is under maintenance. They did not even bother to mention that their pool is under maintenance in their confirmation email.
