Pros:

Très proche du centre-ville, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel sympathique et serviable, excellent petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

L’insonorisation avec l’extérieur pourrait être meilleure. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est parfois loué pour des soirées privées qui peuvent être bruyantes. Dommage que le « bar & dine » qui occupe le rez-de-chaussée ne propose pas de room service.

Great central location and comfortable rooms, with a space for improvement.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Central Park Hotel. The location is very central and convenient, with most of the important attractions in Sofia within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great choice for visiting Sofia.

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved during the stay at Central Park Hotel. When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell similar to burnt plastic or a burned cable. Also, the bed was worn out on one side, probably from frequent use, so it would be good to replace the mattress or add a new mattress topper.

The breakfast was decent, but it could be a bit more varied. Another big downside is that the hotel does not have its own garage, so the only option is public parking.

One more thing I found unprofessional was the review request email I received after the stay — it contained the name and surname of another guest, which clearly looked like a copy-paste mistake.
