Definetly we will not come again.

Nice room and central area.

Cons:

Room: we had a panoramic suite for which the ac in our room was not working. I requested for an extra single bed and instead I had a sofa bed. We requested for a late check out and we had to pay extra €10 per hour. This is very expensive considering the money we had paid for a suotw. Although we were on late check out, our room was locked at noon and we had to go again at the reception to keys unlocked to enter the room. I requested for clean towels for our extra late check out and reception did not looked at us very plesently. So for what I had paid extra money if no towels will be provided?
Breakfast: No variety. Cakes are dry. Toaster works really slow. You have to wait for 10'mins to make a toast. No slimmed milk provided.
Food in the lobby area: Very expensive and small portions. We had 50% discount and it was not given. We had to ask for it. Waitress does not know how to speak in English. No kids menu available and no kids food available.

The location was fine, but the room I had was very noisy.
Pros:

The room was okay—modernly decorated, nothing special, but it met my needs; the location is good, close to the pedestrian street in the city center

Cons:

The room was very noisy; we could barely sleep—we could hear the tram every time. Avoid the street-facing rooms; they should have told us this—we would have preferred to stay in a different room

Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

Massive room and bathroom! With a great view, huge TV and lovely staff. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Location was great, really close to metro stations, restaurants and parks.
