Horrible experience. Staff is incompetent and scammers. Room not maintained well, no body wash, shampoo or toilet paper. Paid 7k for 2 nights and additional 3k for extra person? Ridiculous. Went to check in at 1am and the guy is sleeping? Seriously! Booked a room with queen bed and have us 2single bed together (with wheels) so it kept moving during sleep. This is what they call 4 star boutique hotel? Don’t waste your money!

The room was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful even with my late-night arrival. If you need a convenient, hassle-free stay near CST airport for an overnight layover, this is an ideal choice. Would happily book again for future transfers!

Comfortable overnight stay for an early morning flight. Good location close to the T1 airport. Added advantage that they had their own restaurant - which was handy due to the relentless Mumbai rains that day . Quirky retro decor.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, and their response to customer complaints is also quick. The wash basin was getting choked and they had it fixed promptly.

But they should allow early check-in the same morning without charging.
