Categories

Cleanliness
6
Mixed to poor in places — multiple guests reported bed bugs, smelly rooms and occasional dirtiness, though other reviews mention clean rooms; inconsistency led to a below-target score.
Service
8.9
Generally praised — many reviewers called staff friendly, polite and accommodating with prompt responses to complaints; however a few reports described unhelpful or incompetent staff, so score is strong but not perfect.
Location
9
Consistently positive — repeatedly noted as excellent for airport transfers and conveniently located for short stays and local bars/restaurants.
Room Quality
6.5
Below average — several mentions of small rooms, poor maintenance (wheels on beds, choking wash basin fixed, missing toiletries) and uncomfortable experiences, reducing the rating.
Amenities
8.7
Good overall — on-site restaurant, bars, retro/quirky decor and packaged-breakfast options praised; some negatives (old lifts, occasional missing toiletries) temper the score.
Value for Money
7
Mixed — some guests found excellent value for the price, especially for short stays, while others complained about unexpected charges and perceived overpricing.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Strong — multiple reviews highlight excellent restaurant food, outstanding chef and abundant, high-quality breakfast options; a few noted limited choices but overall very positive.
Overall Experience
7.8
Varied — many reviewers had comfortable, convenient stays and praised staff and food, but a minority reported serious issues (bed bugs, incompetence, cleanliness) leading to a slightly above-target overall score.

Pros:

Good hotel, considering its a 3 star hotel. Excellent location, smallish rooms, comfortable stay, great food from the restaurant. Suitable enough for solo or business travelers.

Overall, an ok stay but quite disappointing otherwise. Elevator is old, rooms are small. Staff not helpful at all.

Pros:

Horrible experience. Staff is incompetent and scammers. Room not maintained well, no body wash, shampoo or toilet paper. Paid 7k for 2 nights and additional 3k for extra person? Ridiculous. Went to check in at 1am and the guy is sleeping? Seriously! Booked a room with queen bed and have us 2single bed together (with wheels) so it kept moving during sleep. This is what they call 4 star boutique hotel? Don’t waste your money!

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for just one night after arriving from London Heathrow (LHR) before my early morning domestic flight out of Mumbai. The location is perfect—very close to the airport, which made my connection effortless. The room was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful even with my late-night arrival. If you need a convenient, hassle-free stay near CST airport for an overnight layover, this is an ideal choice. Would happily book again for future transfers!

Comfortable overnight layover
Pros:

Comfortable overnight stay for an early morning flight. Good location close to the T1 airport. Added advantage that they had their own restaurant - which was handy due to the relentless Mumbai rains that day . Quirky retro decor.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, and their response to customer complaints is also quick. The wash basin was getting choked and they had it fixed promptly.

But they should allow early check-in the same morning without charging.
