La habitación, casi sin luz, mediocre equipamiento Un hervidor, pero sin tazas, ni cucharitas, ni té, ni café. Sólo la luz de 2 veladores y una en la entrada. Sin luz en el escritorio, una llave que obviamente no funcionaba y que, cuando reclamamos, dijeron que era "de decoración"????? Sin amenities en el baño, sólo una gorra de ducha. Es la tercera vez que vamos a este hotel pero nunca tuvimos una habitación tan pobre.

El buffet, la presión de la ducha, el servicio y el bar. Además, muy buena la limpieza.

Cons:

El ruido de afuera, las ventanas, no cerraban.

Exceto as reclamacoes citadas acima, o restante foi muito bom.

Recepçao, equipe muito prestativa. Café da manhã muito bom e a equipe também muito boa.

Cons:

Iluminacao do quarto 230 era péssima, só tinha uma tomada disponivel que ficava atras da porta de entrada.

Cons:

the toilet clogged not once, not twice but 3 times! in two different rooms. facilites are a bit worn out. Location is half way between the city and the falls, there's nothing with in walking distance, ao every outing requites transportation.

O hotel é excelente! O cafe da manha maravilhoso, a equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Foi tudo perfeito! A localização é boa, mas precisamos de taxi/uber para todas as atividades, inclusive pra farmácia. Só um detalhe que acho importante, mas não atrapalhou em nada a viagem, me hospedaria novamente no hotel. Inclusive fica no caminho para as cataratas, então facilita nesse ponto. E tem restaurante no hotel, que não utilizamos, mas o cardápio parecia interessante.

Cons:

Água do frigobar com preço bem alto. Por ser água poderia ser mais acessível, ou ter um bebedouro disponível.

Highly recommend for a comfortable stay and a great value.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful every step of the way. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, would honestly choose this property based on the value of the breakfast alone.

Cons:

Sadly the sauna didn’t get hot, the room was clean but the bathroom maybe could have been a touch cleaner.
