Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Unico aspetto negativo: a causa di un volo anticipato non ho potuto usufruire della colazione già inclusa e pagata. Ho chiesto una colazione da asporto, ma mi è stato detto, in modo piuttosto scortese, che avrei dovuto pagarla nuovamente. Una maggiore flessibilità e cortesia sarebbero state apprezzate.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The only negative point was that, due to an earlier flight, I could not have the breakfast already included and paid for. I asked for a takeaway breakfast but was rather rudely told that I would have to pay for it again. A little more flexibility and courtesy would have been appreciated.

The hotel is fine for a short duration stay
Pros:

Easy to get to, in proximity to the airport, very convenient location to join touristic tours

Cons:

Breakfast choices and quality of food in comparison to other hotels of a similar standard in Brazil that we have visited, no laundry service offered, very limited choice of drinks at the hotel bar, which closes rather early

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do Shopping Palladium e das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Equipe muito atenciosa. Quarto reformado e confortável. Limpeza impecável. Bom café da manhã com um salão enorme para receber os hóspedes. Boa piscina com serviço de bar. Boa relação custo-benefício.

Cons:

O armário do apartamento era um pouco pequeno, o que pode comprometer a acomodação das roupas no caso de famílias maiores ou que ficarão muitos dias na cidade.
