🚨THE HOTEL HAS SPA ON THE NAME AND THE SPA WAS CLOSED!!! 🚨
Pros:

There isn't much good to say when the staff is rude and arguing with you about how they are putting that the spa is closed within the Terms and Conditions hidden all the way in the middle somewhere in the publication.

🚨AVOID THIS SCAM OF A PLACE AT ALL COST!🚨 This is an utter disgust, the staff is unprofessional towards guests and they hide behind some vague terms and conditions instead of trying to help.

The breakfast area is sub-par, not even to the level for a two star hotel, I don't need to be a weatherman to know it's raining and to know this place gives you the absolute minimum, no idea how they got to four stars but that's totally fake.

We asked for a partial refund of 30 Euros and they just argued it was Monday and the Spa was closed, I still paid for it in my room price but apparently that's to subsidize the Spa employee's holidays.

Excelente, solemos alojarnos allí siempre que vamos a Granada.
Pros:

En términos generales es un gran hotel, muy cómodo y muy céntrico, con el personal amable.

Cons:

La única pega es la poca potencia de la ducha. Por lo demás genial.
