The lobby is very nice and the hotels location has a small town atmosphere.
The Inn on Sheridan shares the building with medical facilities/physical therapy. Every morning there were a group of patients sitting at the entrance of the lobby gossiping/arguing about various things and at one point a screaming match happened between 3 of them about religion and a fight nearly broke out with police threatening to be called. The first or second day a cleaning person used their card to come into our room while my husband was showering and I was laying on the bed. She turned back around and left after I'm assuming she saw my feet. We had the Do Not Disturb sign placed on the door handle and I went out and double checked afterwards to make sure it was facing the correct way (it was). The next 2 days we had the card on the handle requesting room cleaning service (as we were spending the full day at the nearby Six Flags). Our room was never cleaned and we had to use the same 2 towels all 4 days along with trash not being emptied. The 3rd evening there were 2 loud men swearing in the hallway and sometime in the night someone slammed a door so loud we thought they were trying to break into our room. The beds were uncomfortable but that's a matter of personal preference. We had been looking forward to visiting their restaurant the first evening we arrived after a 6 hour drive but when we walked down the hallway the door was locked and lights were off. When we went to ask the receptionist she said it should be open. After she called her supervisor she said it was closed because it was Juneteenth weekend.

Our air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly. There was a car show going on in front of the hotel so it was a bit noisy but didn’t ruin our night.

I was really glad that breakfast was included. It was close to family, which we were visiting. The location was good. It was a comfortable room.
Bathroom could have been better. There was not very much clearance between the door and the toilet. I wish a bar of soap for the shower had been included with the complimentary toiletries
