It was good except for the meal that we had

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

We had dinner there and the cook that they had did not cook our meal very well
We had a long wait because of the cook had burnt our food and had to re-cook it and also we ordered a well-done hamburger and it came out bloody

Very disappointing experience.
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly but there is not a lot to brag about here.

Cons:

The facility and our room was run down and dirty. The carpet in the hallway was stained and filthy. There was trash left in our room including a used teeth flossing tool left on the carpet. It totally ruined our confidence that we chose a quality hotel. We will not stay here again.

Pros:

Customer service ! Tyler at the front desk is your shining star ! Bikers ask if they (Hotel) had a bike wash station ?
Tyler jumped into action providing rags and a bucket to set up the bike wash ! When we were hit with a South Dakota thunderstorm the wing blew over a motorcycle and Tyler was right out there helping pick it up . His genuine concern for people to be comfortable and enjoy their stay was refreshing.

Cons:

A little off the beaten path, but that provided a quieter setting.

Pros:

Professional attitude of all staff. Except dining room person on Sunday morning. She was by herself and had a snooty attitude when asked if we could order off the menu versus the buffet.
