It was decent
Pros:

I like the location, easy access to and from parking lot, ample space in the room

Cons:

The pillows were horrible, too small, no support, and very uncomfortable. The sofa (bed) mattress was very old, the springs were protruding through the mattress, my daughter had a very uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast was cold (need to switch to on demand order type setup or used better equipment to keep the food hot.

My stay was horrible due to the billing practice and the lack of care for my issues and concerns.
Cons:

I was charged a cancelation fee due to a double booking. I notified them in advance and was still charged. I was at the hotel and paid for 2 separate rooms for the first night of my staff. I feel this is a form of robbery. I was at the hotel and stayed at the hotel and was billed for a NO SHOW Cancelation. I will never understand this business practice. Very disappointed in both booking.com and HILTON Hotels. I attempted to reach a human with Booking.com and was never able to reach anyone.

La chambre très grande

Hôtel en travaux
Pas d’eau chaude au début on nous indique qu’il faut attendre 30 min et laisser couler pour que l’eau arrive
Mais finalement c’est les robinets qui sont montés à l’envers

Hôtel très sympa
Pros:

Super hôtel, les équipements sont supers.
Le petit déjeuner est top. On a adoré les gaufres. Les chambres sont très très grandes et il y a tout ce qu’il faut.

Cons:

Il faut laisser couler la douche 20/30 min pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Et enchaîner les douches sinon c’est reparti pour 30min d’attente. Ceci est du aux travaux effectués par l’hôtel. Mais c’est juste impensable pour les économies d’eau et surtout il faut anticiper la douche.
Le détecteur de fumée n’avait plus de pile. Cela peut arriver sauf qu’attendre 30min que quelqu’un intervienne à 23h45 puis qu’à 0h15 redescendre à l’accueil car ça sonne encore c’est très compliqué …

Will happily stay here again!
Pros:

Location was close to the airport and a number of restaurants/shops we like to visit. The room was quite large and could easily fit our family and allowed us to invite friends for a visit.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, but you get what you pay for!

I booked a suite and when I arrived to check in the general manager said there was no reservation under my name even after I showed the confirmation number and I was still charged for a room that I wasn’t even able to check in.
