Overall, after a long day of travel to check into an almost brand new feel of the hotel was awesome.
Pros:

Love the updated rooms and lobby area. The beds were the utmost comfort. The kitchen amenities were splendid.

Cons:

a few areas in the bathroom had touch up paint mess ups. And the in the sink area was a dispenser that should have been for hand soap had hair conditioner instead.

It was nice and neat. Want to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful women who let me check in a little early. The breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The guy at the front desk when I arrived was rude and short. But everyone else made the stay amazing.

Pros:

The staff was nice and the dining area was big. They even had a coloring section for the children with color papers and coloring tools that was a bonus.

Cons:

When I arrived there was some confusion and the receptionist was rude because they were booked but I had prepaid so eventually she found my reservations. Also the first floor was being remodeled at the time when we arrived but it wasn't a problem they worked during the day and there weren't any loud noises.

Pros:

I like the location, easy access to and from parking lot, ample space in the room

Cons:

The pillows were horrible, too small, no support, and very uncomfortable. The sofa (bed) mattress was very old, the springs were protruding through the mattress, my daughter had a very uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast was cold (need to switch to on demand order type setup or used better equipment to keep the food hot.

My stay was horrible due to the billing practice and the lack of care for my issues and concerns.
Cons:

I was charged a cancelation fee due to a double booking. I notified them in advance and was still charged. I was at the hotel and paid for 2 separate rooms for the first night of my staff. I feel this is a form of robbery. I was at the hotel and stayed at the hotel and was billed for a NO SHOW Cancelation. I will never understand this business practice. Very disappointed in both booking.com and HILTON Hotels. I attempted to reach a human with Booking.com and was never able to reach anyone.
