Muy cómodo entre vuelos
Pros:

Es un buen lugar de paso. El personal era muy amable y el desayuno variado. Me gustó mucho el detalle de tener cosas para picar en los pasillo. También el traslado al aeropuerto. Al lado y dos centros comerciales y a uno se puede acceder por el hotel.

Cons:

Nada en especial. Todo bien.

Ya hemos llegado antes, es bastante cómodo y bien ubicado

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos recibió una persona que aparentemente estaba de mal humor, si bien es cierto hicimos early check in, eso lo informamos desde que se hizo la reserva, además que se paga por eso, nos dio una habitación que no estaba lista, asumimos que fue un error, luego lo corrigió, pero más allá de eso, fue la actitud en realidad, lo que me llamó la atención porque en otras ocasiones han sido bastante amables

Great location but almost no insulation.
Pros:

Great location and friendly personnel. The hotel offers parking as well which is proactical if you do some shopping at Mell del Sol.

Cons:

The rooms are not properly insulated, and one can hear everything happening around, even when people arrive late to the property.

Excellent location and excellent service.
Pros:

The airport shuttle is excellent. Not the usual shuttle van that drives through every 30 minutes or so. The day before I arrived I asked hotel management about the shuttle service. They asked for my flight details. When I arrived (several hours delayed), the driver was waiting for me with a sign and our names on it. (It is a shared service, there was another passenger on my flight for the same transfer.) For the return shuttle, when I arrived at the lobby at the arranged time a staff member hailed a taxi for me. The check-in procedure was efficient, friendly and helpful. Very good service.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel. I arrived a little before 9pm. The restaurant and bar downstairs were empty. The hotel is connected to the mall so there were plenty of other options.
