Muy buen servicio, confort y ubicación

Muy buena atención y confort; además, su ubicación es excelente y su cercanía al mall marca una gran diferencia. Buen servicio y seguridad

Cons:

Realmente me decepcionó, no poder ver una buena parte de los partidos del Mundial, ya que el servicio de DIRECTV no lo permitía. Eso me obligó a ir al mall para verlos, lo cual a veces no era cómodo tras largas jornadas de trabajo. Pero entiendo que ello fue una situación particular, que no afecta el buen servicio general brindado.

Pros:

Hotel Personnel was great. I can name some of the amazing people that provided me with exceptional hospitality, Karla, Natalia, Daniel and others. They made me feel at home. The hotel is well located and connected to a fantastic mall. Breakfast buffet is very good

Cómodo,buena ubicación, excelentes instalaciones y en mi caso que realmente no salí a recorrer la ciudad, el hecho de estar junto al Mall le da un plus muy bueno

Cons:

Aunque entiendo las razones, pero he requerido en otros hoteles hacer un early check in, y nunca me había tocado pagar por ello.
