Exelente ubicación pero falta de mantenimiento en loa acabados

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento a los acabados de la ah itacikn, el baño tenías las esquinas manchadas, puertas arañadas, la cha fuerte no funcionaba y la primera noche el aire acondicionado soñada de rato en rato que no pudimos dormir bien y pedimos cambio de habitación y llegamos a media noche y le había pedido que nos ayudaran a mudar lo básico y no nos movieron nada y tuvimos que mover nuestras cosas a esa hora

Un lugar con potencial que pide actualización
Pros:

Elegí la propiedad principalmente por la piscina y el spa, que eran servicios importantes para mi estadía. Sin embargo, el área del spa se percibía bastante insegura y la piscina cerraba a las seis de la tarde, lo que limita mucho su disfrute. Además, cuando concurrimos dentro del horario en que estaba abierta, no había reposeras disponibles.

Cons:

Es un hotel tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Se nota que hace algunos años fue construido y equipado con materiales nobles y de muy buena calidad; sin embargo, actualmente varios de esos elementos han sido reemplazados por otros de menor calidad, por lo que el hotel da la sensación de estar necesitando una remodelación y actualización general.

Cons:

Mala ubicación de la habitación, ventana da aún bar restaurante con muchísimo ruido hasta alta hora de la noche . Definitivamente no es un lugar para descansar

Ubicación espectacular!
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena , el rooftop , súper simpático y linda vista . Muy amable el personal del hotel , el cuarto normal .

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno
No me gustó que la ducha tina , no tenía puerta y se mojaba todo el baño cuando te duchabas .

Buen lugar aunque con atraso en Check in

Cons:

Aunque el check in era a las 3pm, nos pasaron la habitación recién a las 5.40pm. Al llegar a la habitación estaba abierta la puerta y baño con cosas sin terminar de hacer.
La cortina de la habitación no cerraba al 100%.

Wonderful hotel with horrible check in procedure

Very beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfasts, horrible check in procedure, very noisy as there are several bars just downstairs. Nice pool area and nice gym and spa
We really enjoyed this hotel, however, the check in experience was really horrible and unpleasant. When we arrived they told us we had no reservation, we made it through Agoda and showed it to them, it took 45 minutes for the receptionists to find it, we were right and they were wrong, as it was not our fault if the communication between the hotel and Agoda had issues. We would expect some apology, a coffee or a cocktail, instead absolutely nothing. The noise was bad but at midnight all the bars closed and we had a good night sleep.
