Agradable,simpatica y agradecida

la terraaza,la atencion del personal y la comida deliciosa

La tardanza en el Check in.Pague por 7 habitaciones en la cuales tenia invitadas de provincia, que llegaron cansadas y además habían 4 adultos mayores.La información decía que la entrada era a las 3 a.m. Todos estuvimos temprano y a la hora, incluso algunos antes, sin embargo, las ultimas habitaciones las entregaron a las 4:30 lo cual retraso todo nuestro programa agendado . El personal de la recepción fue muy amable, admitimos que no era su culpa, pero al parecer ,no habían habitaciones disponibles al ingreso de mi grupo.

Cons:

No funcionaba el AC y no lo repararon durante nuestra estadía. Tuvimos que abrir ventanas donde se escuchaba el ruido de los restaurantes cercanos

Nice place, poor service at restaurant and billing mistakes
Pros:

Rooms and spa are great.
Service at restaurant was below expected, beverages and food took too long and main dish was notably undercooked.
Final billing came with a double charge and mistakes.

Pésima, pésima
Pros:

La verdad no me gustó nada! Solo la ubicación

Cons:

Sucio, cero mantenimiento . Ya para recibirte la puerta de vidrio del ingreso rota y 4 veces nos cambiaron de habitación por problemas de mantenimiento de las habitaciones

It's not worth the money, there are better options.
Pros:

Tramonto Bar is nice

Cons:

Hate the sink outside the bathroom and the poor view from the room. For this rate it should be way better, it's not a 3 star hotel.
Asked for parking slot and they told me no reservation was needed but when arrived they didn't have space and had to park outside, then they called me at 1AM to tell me then there was space.

Exelente ubicación pero falta de mantenimiento en loa acabados

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento a los acabados de la ah itacikn, el baño tenías las esquinas manchadas, puertas arañadas, la cha fuerte no funcionaba y la primera noche el aire acondicionado soñada de rato en rato que no pudimos dormir bien y pedimos cambio de habitación y llegamos a media noche y le había pedido que nos ayudaran a mudar lo básico y no nos movieron nada y tuvimos que mover nuestras cosas a esa hora

Un lugar con potencial que pide actualización
Pros:

Elegí la propiedad principalmente por la piscina y el spa, que eran servicios importantes para mi estadía. Sin embargo, el área del spa se percibía bastante insegura y la piscina cerraba a las seis de la tarde, lo que limita mucho su disfrute. Además, cuando concurrimos dentro del horario en que estaba abierta, no había reposeras disponibles.

Cons:

Es un hotel tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Se nota que hace algunos años fue construido y equipado con materiales nobles y de muy buena calidad; sin embargo, actualmente varios de esos elementos han sido reemplazados por otros de menor calidad, por lo que el hotel da la sensación de estar necesitando una remodelación y actualización general.
