El restaurante y la habitación, limpieza impecable.

Cons:

La piscina y el sauna cierran a las 19:00 horas, un horario demasiado temprano para quienes nos alojamos por motivos de trabajo. Después de trabajar durante todo el día, esperaba poder relajarme y descansar en el sauna durante la noche. De hecho, elegí este hotel principalmente por sus instalaciones y consideré que el precio se justificaba por la posibilidad de utilizarlas. Sin embargo, durante toda mi estadía solo pude disfrutar del sauna durante 30 minutos en una única ocasión.

Piscina aquecida , minhas duas exigências para a reserva era piscina aquecida e aquecimento no quarto
Tenho uma filha de 9 anos e justamente por ela a piscina
Ela se arrumou toda quando chegamos lá , era restrito
Não podia entrar criança , isso foi realmente muito decepcionante , precisa estar mais explícito no site ,
E o aquecimento , o quarto não ficava quentinho , tinha hora que parecia que era só vento , outra coisa a vista linda pra montanha , mais uma coisa ruim , o café da manhã é no subsolo , almoçamos todos os dias fora pois estávamos passeando e a noite quando abria o bar que eu lá em cima estava escuro , então essa vista só no almoço quando quando não fica ninguém no hotel , sem contar que não tem vaga para todos os hóspedes na garagem então teve um dia que estava lotado e tivemos que deixar o carro na rua , pois não tinha estacionamento perto como dizia no site !

3 cosas malas al llegar:
- Al llegar no tenía estacionamiento, siendo que lo pedí en la reserva. Tuve que estacionar en la calle cerca de una hora.
- La habitación la tuve que esperar 15 minutos, siendo que llegué a las 18:15 y yo había dicho que llegaba entre 16:00 y 17:00 hrs.
- Me entregaron una habitación con 2 camas separadas, siendo que había avisado que era mi aniversario de matrimonio y había reservado expresamente cama grande. Me la cambiaron rápidamente cuando reclamé, pero ya era el 3er detalle negativo al llegar.
Y un extra, que no tenía pantuflas para bajar al spa.

Llegamos y nos dijeron que no teníamos una pieza que la reserva hecha con ustedes nunca había llegado y que estaban llenos. Después de unos 45 min lograron conseguirnos una pieza pero no pidieron ni perdón. Una falta de respeto
