No nos pudimos quedar. Pero el personal lo entendió y no nos cobraron
Había una falla en la calefacción y no nos pudimos quedar a pesar de cambiarnos de habitación. El punto es q lo sabían. Deberían haber advertido al hacer check in. Perdimos dos horas desde que llegamos hasta que decidimos irnos.
Location
Needs maintenance of the rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Too many pastry options at breakfast which is all sugar, doesn’t need to so many kinds. I didn’t see in 3 days anyone touching them so I consider it as a waste. The staff could be bit more communicative for availability of omelette etc and provide coffee when occupying the table.

Отель очень неплохой: закрытый подогреваемый бассейн и спа-комплекс, бар на террасе, достаточно комфортабельные номера.
Я не назвала бы отель соответствующим своей категории 5 звёзд. Довольно странно организованы ванные комнаты: умывальник находится при входе в комнату, а туалет, душевая и ванна - за стеклянной (!) дверью.
Le habitación muy cómoda y bien decorada. Buen spa y muy buen desayuno.
Íbamos por celebración. Solicité algún detalle de cortesía y nada. Además tuve que pedir reposición de crema, y nunca llegó.
La ubicacion esta bastante bien, el desayuno tambien esta bien.
Esta catalogado como un hotel 5 estrellas, sin embargo nadie te ayuda con las maletas, en la habitacion no hay pantuflas, se deben pedir, debi solictar cambio de habitacion dado que la asignada estaba con un holor muy pero muy desagradable.

No tenías estacionamiento disponible y no avisaron, debieron tener un valet parking. Además no funcionó el aire acondicionado.
La habitación.
Siempre habíamos tenido una buena experiencia, pero esta vez pasaron cosas que hicieron que nuestra estadía no fuera la mejor. Esta vez llegamos y no había estacionamiento disponible, por lo que nos tuvimos que estacionar afuera, en la calle frente al hotel.
Al llegar, nos dimos cuenta que había un descuento de ITAÚ pero no podíamos hacerlo efectivo lamentablemente, lo que nos decepcionó mucho.
En la noche, fuimos al restaurant y los platos nos llegaron fríos. Al momento del desayuno, el hotel estaba lleno y no pudimos comer lo que queríamos, ya que había mucha gente y demora en reponer.
