Desayuno muy rico y variado, es pequeño el lugar por lo que se recomienda ir temprano
Lo mejor es la ubicación.
Desayuno regular. Se sirve hasta las 11:00 hrs, lo que está bien, pero en punto inician el retiro sin tener ninguna consideración con quienes toman desayuno a esa hora. Muy ruidosos. Atención del frontdesk muy lenta, poco personalizada.
La habitación de muy buen tamaño! Muy buena luz y preciosa vista a la cordillera. La cama excelente y las sábanas también!
La manutención general podría ser mejor. Se notaban un poco viejas o gastadas algunas cosas.
Sería bueno contar con unas perchas en el baño para dejar las toallas.
La tv podría estar más cerca o ser más más grande.

Ubicación muy buena, a pasos de Alonso de Córdova. Muchos restaurantes buenos cerca.
Restaurante del piso 9 muy rico, y muy bien atendido. Tuve la mala suerte de elegir 2 picoteos y no había de ninguno de los 2. Pero lo que pedimos en reemplazo estaba muy bueno. Me llamó la atención de que el hotel no tuviese Club Sandwich.
Desayuno sobresaliente. El fujo de gente fue muy alto. De hecho tuvieron que alargar el turno de desayuno en 30 minutos porque había gente que no alcanzó a entrar y tenían 20 minutos de espera en promedio.

513. Me pasó que al entrar a mi habitación cuando llegué había olor a comida. El suelo tenía unas manchas extrañas. Había algunas cosas desordenadas y no había pantuflas, las que tuvimos que pedir en el piso 1 en recepción.
Más allá de esos detalles, todo el resto perfecto. Muy buena iluminación. Internet de zapping funcionaba perfecto. Agua caliente sin problemas, tina muy comoda.

Que en el desayuno necesitaba usar mi laptop y pregunte si podia usar una mesa mas grande, eramos 2, me la negaron y luego en las dos mesas mas grandes del sector habia solo una persona por mesa con los pies en la silla del lado y no dijeron nada.
