The location in South Seattle was convenient for our family visit. The neighborhood, a still-working industrial area with aspects of gentrification - galleries, restaurants, bars & breweries, vintage stores - is fun to explore. The hotel reflects the arty vibe of the area. We were impressed with the posters and vintage photographs of the neighborhood. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly; and the complimentary breakfast plentiful, healthy and good. All day coffee: yay!
The hotel is at the nexus of major traffic routes. It's convenient to I-5 but busy and noisy. Pedestrians need to take great care at intersections: wait for the walk sign! The hotel must be well insulated since there is little sense of the busy traffic when inside and traffic sounds didn't disrupt sleep at all.

Great value in a great location near restaurants, bars, bus stops. Complimentary parking was a great bonus. Nice toiletries. Cute room. Good coffee. Simple but nice breakfast. The woman in the morning and the cleaning staff are really nice.
It is an older facility which you have to keep in mind. Shower pressure wasn't great and water was just sort of very warm but I think that's where most people like it. I think I'm an exception with the very hot shower. Some hairs on the sink. Not a huge deal.
Breakfast included option was very poor and barely options.
At 4 am we started to get several phone calls to the room that looked like prank as no one answered. We complained to the staff and they just said they were aware and that I should unplug my phone. Was not able to sleep at all and had no compensation for this.

Nothing fancy, but my room was goodsized and spotless, and surprisingly quiet for its busy location. HVAC was comfortable, there was a big openable window and two comfortable chairs. Appreciated the free, easy onsite parking. Several cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away in lively Georgetown, and there are a couple of options for groceries within walking distance too. Desk staff was very friendly. No real breakfast and no coffee in room, but free coffee and tea in the lobby around the clock.
