Comodo, confortevole e staff professionale
Pros:

A 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana e dalla fermata dei taxi.
Personale molto cortese. La stanza era pulita e adeguata alle mie esigenze. Il fatto che si possa lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out è davvero una comodità.
Vicino all'hotel c'è un piccolo supermercato e a 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla Bottiglieria Bulloni aperto dalla colazione a dopo cena.

cleaning, location, design. 30 min from Duomo, 20 min from Milano Cadorna where you can take a train to other cities of Italy. next to hotel there is a bistro for a tasty breakfast. the bed sheets were veeery clean and comfortable. bathroom was great too. also loved the fact that the hotel is in some very authentic and italian type of building. felt like a local! there is a fridge inside and a very polite lady at the reception who let us keep our stuff in the hotel for a few hours before our flight. thank you so much grazie mille ❤️ you will love it!

Pros:

Wygodna lokalizacja, blisko metra, spokojna okolica. Bardzo uprzejmy personal hotelu. Czyste pokoje, codzienne sprzątanie. Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Słabe wyciszenie, bardzo głośno słychać jak ktoś przechodzi mimo pokoju.

Proper maar zou niet teruggaan

Heel propere kamer, werd elke dag schoongemaakt.

Cons:

- in de beschrijving staat dat er airconditioning is, dit was uitgeschakeld. De koelfunctie kon je niet gebruiken, enkel verwarmen. In de kamer was het 26 graden, het was lastig om dit af te koelen.
- De gastvrijheid in dit hotel was gevarieerd. Bij het inchecken was er een vriendelijke man die ons hartelijk ontving. Als we nadien aan een gastvrouw gingen vragen hoe de airco werkte, waren ze echt niet vriendelijk. Onbehulpzaam en wilde niet helpen of uitleggen waarom dit niet werkte.
- het dubbelbed was 120 cm, voor vier nachten ging dit wel maar was wel echt smal.
