Liniște (cazarea a fost pe partea cu lacul) și amabilitate.
Pros:

Curățenia, amabilitatea și profesionalismul personalului, distanța față de plajă, confortul camerei (spațiu, mobilier, dotări - minibar, espressor).

Cons:

Lipsa balcoanelor, articole insuficiente pentru baie și îngrijire (doar gel și cască duș), capacitatea insuficientă a parcării, micul dejun destul de puțin variat și calitatea slabă a alimentelor, decalajul prea mare dintre ora check in-ului (16) și cea a check out-ului (12).

Pros:

Totul este superb ( locația , camerele etc )

Cons:

Este a doua oară cand ne cazam la acest hotel deoarece ne-am simțit minunat prima data . Din păcate ultima experiența nu a fost prea placuta de acea nu o sa mai revenim . Am fost nevoiți sa platim o sticla de apa de la minibar pe care nu noi am desigilato ( nu este vorba despre bani ci faptul ca esti acuzat pt ceva ce nu ai facut)
Doamna de la Recepție ne-a acuzat pe noi de acest fapt fara sa tina cont de răspunsul nostru . Am fost nevoiti sa platim pentru neatenția lor deoarece cred ca sticla de la minibar a fost desigilata inainte sa ne cazam noi doar ca nu au observat fetele de la curățenie . In orice caz sfatul meu si lecția Învățată e sa verificați minibarul inainte sa petreceți noaptea deoarece o sa fiți nevoiți sa plătiți .

Pros:

Camera ok… destul de curat

Cons:

Lipsa locurilor de parcare și faptul ca, dupa ce întreaba daca ai consumat ceva din minibar și spui ca nu, esti reținut până “controleaza” camera, care durează câteva minute bune din cauza faptului ca de la recepție nu reușește sa dea de nimeni de la curățenie, datorită faptului ca “nu este semnal”. Mai bine ar retine un depozit sau datele de pe cartea de credit, asa cum fac multe alte hoteluri din Europa, pentru a se asigura ca nimeni nu pleacă fără să plătească apa lor la 0,33 cu 20 lei din minibar… nu sa te facă să te simți ca un hoț care încearcă sa îi păcălească de câteva zeci de lei. Ca să nu mai zic ca o sticlă de apă ar fi frumos să existe oricum în camera, mai bine ar pune 20-30 în plus la prețul camerei și ar da mai bine în fata clientului.
