L emplacement

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de volet ou rideau occultant. Donc aucune intimité ou lumière extérieure la nuit ou lever à 6h du mat . Vous vivez avec les voisins d en face .
Appart dans son jus ( vasque fissuré, manque une étagère à côté du lit (Chewing-gum dans le trou ) , porte d entrée un trou dans la porte rebouchée au Chewing-gum aussi 🤷‍♂️ , fenetre cuisine une planche en bois etc …
Et j ai écris à la personne responsable pour avoir des réponse pour les volets mais aucune réponse de sa part. Silence radio

Cons:

Las mantas viejunas, camas separadas, la sartén...penosa. La lavadora en otro edificio, la campana extractora un ruido brutal. 2 rollos de papel de WC para una semana 2 personas, el jabón de platos de Mercadona que era prácticamente agua. La cocina con poca luz.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement malgré les nuisances sonores
Pros:

L’appartement est idéalement placé, très confortable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Cons:

L’appartement est très mal isolé, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue, surtout la nuit. Et l’ascenseur de l’immeuble fait un bruit monstre, on entend tout dans l’appartement.

Buena ubicación pero no repetiría ahí. No vale lo que cobran y no se puede descansar por la noche

La ubicación céntrica pero extremadamente ruidosa toda la noche, mala insonorización, limpieza deficiente y deberían hacerlo a nuevo ya es un poco viejo todo el mobiliario

Un buen lugar en Sitges

El departamento es cómodo, amplio para 2 personas, está muy bien ubicado a escasos metros de las calles más concurridas y muy cercano al mar

Engañoso!! Hice reserva de un estudio con habitación con gran terraza y me asignó estudio sin habitación con balcón! Y al insistir que no era lo que reserve se inventó excusa que se había estropeado la caldera!!

The location was great .

Cons:

The communication with the host was horrible. Many questions went unanswered or ignored. I asked repeated times for additional bedding and towels as only one set was provided for a period of two weeks. When I went to use the washer that is provided for guests I was rudely greeted by the host, who demanded to know which apartment I was staying in. Mind you, you must have a key to access the location where the washer is located, so why it was of such importance he asked me which apartment I was staying in is beyond me, and to ask I'm such a hostile manner. There were no supplies to keep the apartment clean, just a broom and dustpan. No mop or floor cleaner, nothing, so it was impossible to keep the apartment clean.

We booked an apartment with Terrace but got INTERIOR PATIO instead
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was very big and nice, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen-living room space was also nice, although the apartment as a whole was a bit strangely distributed, probably because the ground floor space was adopted later to serve as an apartment. There was a partially open air space between the bedroom and the living room, so we needed to keep the bedroom door closed at night not to get cold. The apartment was very quiet at night, and the property central location was perfect.

Cons:

First of all, I have to state clearly that the apartment was NOT what we believed we booked. The apartment description was: apartment with Terrace, but what we got was an INTERIOR PATIO with NO VIEW. The photos of the apartment on booking.com show apartments with open view terraces, and none of the photos of the listing show the apartment we got. This was both a surprise and a disappointment because we expected a room with a terrace with an open city view, and we got an interior patio on the ground floor between high walls. I attach some photos to show what it looked like. I asked the host about it when I checked in, but he just said: "we have many different types of rooms," and that was it. I didn't want to argue because we just stayed for a couple of nights, but if it was for longer, I'd probably not be very happy about that. I think they should definitely stated on the listing what kind of apartment they have, and include pictures, so that guest don't get surprised at the check in.
Other than that there were no major issues, except the microwave was missing the turning plate inside, and we didn't know how to get the stove working. I had to call the host on his mobile phone, then he explained.
It would have been also nice to have an electric kettle to prepare tea, but there was none in the apartment. The TV could also be a bit bigger.

Decepción máxima
Pros:

La ubicación, fue lo único que merecía la pena, porque se encuentra en una calle perpendicular a la la playa y a una de las calles más céntricas de Sitges.

Cons:

Había mucha humedad en el estudio, por el techo, con grandes manchas en el techo. No había aire acondicionado/calefacción. Solo había un radiador eléctrico que estaba viejo (parecía quemado por exceso de uso). Los utensilios de cocina también eran viejos, y algunos de ellos no eran adecuados para la placa de inducción. En el baño había un bote de gel a medio usar. Muy decepcionante, la verdad, para no repetir.
