Booking.Com turned its back on us, their customers, and allowed a fraudulent landlord to ignore our

Did not stay for the full booking period. Once we understood that neither Booking.com or the Landlord were going to address our complaints we searched and located alternative accommodation.
The information provided before booking was wrong. It was fraudulent.

Cons:

All surfaces were dirty. All crockery. cutlery and cooking pans needed to be cleaned. No cleaning materials provided except washing up liquid.
TV reception was intermittent and had no English speaking channels.
No seating other than two plastic chairs in kitchen.
Three small towels for two people.

Excelente ubicación .
Pros:

Trato amable del señor que nos recibió .La ubicación excelente y tener cocina .

Cons:

Dos días estuvo sin funcionar el ascensor y al tercer día que parecía ir bien nos quedamos encerrados un buen rato teniendo que llamar al 112 porque los teléfonos que proporcionan de recepción no contestan siendo pasadas las 21:00horas ,también hemos estado un día sin agua caliente y no cuentan con sitio para dejar el equipaje.

Pros:

Great central location, the apartment is located at the back of the building so it was nice and quite. Its good value for money but that's because its not in pristine condition.

Cons:

The apartment is well worn and a little tired. Cups, plates and cutlery didn't look the cleanest so I washed them before using but that was my preference.

Il y avait une fiche dénudée à la tête du lit, donc potentiellement dangereuse ⚠️ au cours du sommeil mais lorsque nous l'avons signalé à 16h, la réponse fut : on s'en occupe demain ! Ça n'est pas acceptable car ça fait partie des urgences ‼️ Dommage tout le reste s'est bien passé

Zimno, nie działał klimatyzator w zakresie dogrzewania. Głośno działająca wentylacja. Dziwię sie również temu, że nie było dostepnego czajnika tak więc wodę na kawę lub herbatę trzeba gotować w rondelku. To akurat jest bardzo słabe! Bliskość z plażą i promenadą..... wspaniałe

Perfect for our short stay
Pros:

Location was great for what we needed , although it was a different room then the one pictured it had a separate kitchen which was handy, the beds whilst soft where big and comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Everything was fine for our short stay , the only thing we couldn't do was get the shutter in the bedroom to close but this was very minor

El piso estaba limpio, buena atención, había una bombilla fundida en la cocina y me la cambiaron.

Eché en falta una fregona y una escoba. Al estar casi una semana se hace necesario.
