Hotel muito próximo da estação, poucos minutos andando.
Quarto e banheiro amplos, limpos e bem organizados.
Todos os funcionários que tive contato, foram simpáticos.
A vista do quarto é bem bonita!

Cons:

Que hotel BARULHENTO! Os hóspedes vizinhos do meu quarto chegaram 12am e ficaram gritando pelo quarto, rindo pelos corredores, batendo portas, pulando na cama, até as 2am.
Sei que a atitude dos hóspedes não é culpa do hotel, mas a finura das paredes, sim! E as paredes parecem feitas de papel, dá pra escutar tudo dos outros quartos, do corredor, e até dos calcanhares de aço que não param de andar nos quartos acima.
Se você vai se hospedar com o intuito de descansar, leve isso em conta, talvez você seja premiado com uma poluição sonora tremenda.

新大阪駅かへのアクセスがとても良かったです．翌朝早くでる新幹線でしたので，その点これはありがたかったです．それとチェックイン，チェックアウトの簡単さガ印象深かったです．

普通のホテルだが､コメント通りの親切さを感じない

新大阪にもう一つのワシントンホテルが有り､まずそちらに行き､間違いと分かり引き返して､駅と反対側のこのホテルに到着､こんな紛らわしいところにワシントンホテルが有るなら予約時にもっとしっかりとアナウンスするべきではないか･･･｡
