Breakfast is wonderful (I was genuinely surprised) with some dishes rotating out every morning to keep it interesting. Room views are surprisingly nice. Desk and chair in the room are good enough for light laptop work/coding. Location is very close to Shin-Osaka Station making it a great base for exploring nearby cities. There is a Lawson convenience store on the 1st floor, which is very useful. Coin-laundry washes and dries in one go for 500 yen and does a great job if you follow the recommendations and fill it halfway.
The pillow is a little bit firm. It has two sides, one that has beads and the other that has feathers, but in practice, the feather side isn't really soft. Highly recommend asking for a 2nd pillow.

Vending machine out of nearly all products
Proximity to Shin-Osaka station is a short walk.
Bed is a concrete slab and their advertised comfort pillow is a dried bag of concrete. You have to turn the fridge on if you want to use it. Whis means it's hot to start with. No others available when requested. Aircon temp can't be adjusted.
