Pros:

Great view from breakfast on the 23rd floor. We also had nice view from room. Beds were comfortable enough. Room was bigger than I expected but I have stayed in a lot of small business hotels in Japan

Cons:

Overwhelming smell of urine I'm the bathroom. Eventually the smell almost cleared up but yeah disgusting in the beginning. Staff were not too flexible about late and early check-in.

ホテルスタッフの対応は、館内の説明も分かりやすくとても良かった。

Cons:

モーニング中に、新人の方に指導されている方の声が響き、とても不快に感じ、ゆっくり食事できなかった。指導するにしても時と場合を考慮して欲しい。


こちらはホテル側の責任ではありませんが、「食事中」を表記しているにも関わらず、ドリンクを取りに行っている際、外国人が勝手に私の席に座り迷惑だった。

結構豪華なホテルでした。

宿泊費が、安くて、設備は、しっかりしていて、スタッフの応態も、丁寧で、外から見ても、豪華なホテルと対等に、競りあえるぐらい素晴らしいです。

Cons:

新大阪駅に、近いことも、あり列車の行き交う音が、夜中ちょっとうるさかったです。
