古くて値段なり。快適さは求めない人向き。
Pros:

駅から近くで便利。朝食がおいしかったがもう少し安ければなお満足。（あの金額じゃ当然でしょう）
またさすがにベッドのマットは西川のエアで寝心地が抜群。同じ系統の枕も２つで頭を高くして寝る私には
とてもよかったです。

Cons:

やはり設備が古い、全館空調は最悪！今年の様に天候不順で寒かったり暑かったりの日がある（宿泊６月末）
ので寒がりの私には耐えられないほど寒い。原因は季節柄共用部は冷房がかかっているので部屋の空調止めても
外からの冷気が入り室温が下がる事。（部屋が換気で陰圧になるので）寒くて死ぬかと思った。また食堂も朝から
空調ガンガンで止めてほしい。また眺望に難ありの部屋がかなりある事。狭い吹き抜けの内側部屋になると窓が
無いのと変わらないですのでそれが嫌な人はリクエストした方が良いです。

快適でした。
Pros:

綺麗なお部屋と窓から見える景色が良かった。
あと、朝食を予約してなかったのですが、当日朝でも対応していただき、嬉しかったです。

新大阪駅周辺の宿としてオススメ
Pros:

駅から至近距離で便利。昼間だと遠目にも見つけやすい。
雰囲気も落ち着いており、朝食も何も不足は無く、快適な宿泊でした。
