Uncomfortable bed with not so friendly hotel staff. Very strange unhappy feeling I got from hotel staff.

Big bath tub onsen was great. Super clean.

Cons:

Horrible bed ! So uncomfortable to sleep very narrow single bed and super hard uncomfortable mattress. Pillow was also very hard and uncomfortable. I booked for non smoking room and they gave me smoking room with full of cigarette smokes and I had to change room but the room I was given also had some smoking smells left over in a room.

Great location and size
Pros:

Room was spacious for 3 persons. Location is very near to the train and bus station. Onsen was an ok size.

Cons:

No bottled water. Was told tap water is drinkable but only the cold side, not the hot side (this was not written at the sign in the bathroom)

Molt bona opció !.
Pros:

Hotel confortable, molt ben situat -al costat de l'estació i a tocar el barri antic-, amb un onsen.

Cons:

Vam haver de deixar el cotxe en un pàrquin al carrer, tot i que hi havia aparcament a l'hotel. No hi va haver manera de que ens deixessin aparcar a l'hotel, i les explicacions no ens varen satisfer.

Posizione comodissima adiacente a stazione dei treni e dei bus. In 10 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Stanza nella norma in termini di dimensioni e servizi. Possibilità di usufruire del bagno termale comune.
