Location and friendly staff

Cons:

NO AIRCON! They just asked us to open the windows. We told them it’s not enough. They just gave us a fan. Disappointing and not worth the price. The breakfast buffet was also meh.

A nice accommodation
Pros:

The staffs were really nice. There’s a luggage delivery on the hotel lobby during the morning. Housekeeping can be requested daily if you need to.

Cons:

The room that we got was a three-bed unit. The space is a bit small, keep that in mind so you wont bring too much luggages.

Прекрасен персонал! Невероятно удобна локация в близост до метрото и автобусни спирки, магазини 7/11 и Family Mart , ресторанти ,клубове..На пешеходно разстояние от известни забележителности.
В хотела е чисто и има на разположение всичко,което ви е нужно при престоя..Ползвах същата верига хотели и в Токио - Чудесно ,нямам забележки ! 🥰 При следващо пътуване до Япония отново ще ползвам тази верига хотели! Прекрасни!

ロケーション。駅が近くて便利でした！(しかし、駅がバリアフリーでなく大きなスーツケースで階段を上がるのが大変なので、あらかじめ出口を調べておいたほうがよいです)ホテルは、このあたりではかなりコスパが良く、歩いて道頓堀など楽しめるのでおすすめです。玄関にループが置いてあるのも良かったです。

The room did not meet expected cleanliness standards and required a request for additional cleaning by the staff. The carpet, in particular, appeared noticeably dirty and would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. Additionally, the air conditioning system is centrally controlled, which does not allow guests to adjust the temperature according to their personal preference.

Sensational find.
Pros:

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. Close to sub way, Dotonbori, breakfast buffet was delicious. I travelled with my elderly father. He was very impressed.
I hadn't realised there was a fishing restaurant under the hotel. If you plan on staying here. Make sure you book an experience!

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Location near the Kintetsu-Nippombashi station was excellent for day trips to Nara, Yoshino and Kyoto. Lots of food options and energy nearby at Dotonburi (unless you like quiet).

Generous with amenities from facial masks to sunscreen sachets. The best was the hair treatment by Pola. They also provide various type of bath salts for soaking in the bath tub.

Self check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Cons:

Not sure if there was air-conditioning, but in any case, I left the window opened for fresh and cool air. No problem there unless you’re sensitive to outside noise.

Note that there are only 3 washer/dryer for the whole hotel. They only take ¥100 coins or QR code payment. Each wash and dry cost ¥600 (2 hours, 6kg wash, 3kg drying). Make sure you underload of you want your clothes crisp and dry.
