Pros:

有自助check in 房間比一般商務飯店再大一點點，整體舒適，大廳人員親切會打招呼(雖然沒有遇到需要服務人員的事情)
提供的一次性用品很棒很齊全，但量似乎有點不夠會被拿光~
地點很方便，對面就是道頓堀商店街，不過由於靠近觀光勝地多少也是魚龍混砸加上街道窄，下午傍晚有人潮就有點擠，自己注意安全囉~
沒有訂購早餐~
旁邊的yayoi很經濟實惠! 有高麗菜炒肉! 飯無限續~

門口很大很顯眼，但大廳側邊在整修，多少沒有那麼美觀~

Overall perfect for bueget traveler
Pros:

All staff was amazing and very kindness with heart welcoming
Location of accommodation was perfect for traveler
Hotel provide every facility next to elevator such as shampoo, soap, shaving foam
There are also free pajama set so you do not need to bring own yours

Cons:

Everything was perfect except smell
I think there is yakiniku bbq right next to the hotel so the room is very bbq smelly

Pros:

The location

Cons:

No acoustic insulation, this is noisy, especially when workers are running drills and stuff on the ceiling in the morning. No baggage transport for other destination than Kyoto. Rooms are really really small.

Solo por la ubicación merece la pena pero además está muy bien
Pros:

La ubicación y los amenities desde mascarilla de cara a pijamas pasando por zapatillas de estar por casa o aceite limpiador de cara, lo tenían TODO disponible para los huéspedes

Cons:

No tienen zona de lobby en la planta del check in

Muy cerca del microondas del pasillo, no paraba de
Oírse el pitido de la gente calentando la comida a todas horas. La habitación muy pequeña, la cenara da aún muro de cemento.

Great location, close to Dotonbori! The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, very convenient, and close to Dotonbori, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy Osaka.

Cons:

I was disappointed that one front desk staff member told me they could not call a taxi for me when I asked the day before checkout. It would have been helpful to receive more assistance with transportation, especially since I had two large suitcases.

Pros:

This place saved our lives. We had booked an Airbnb on sennichimae which resulted horrible. We saw sotetsu on maps with great reviews so we went there and luckily they had available rooms. We went from almost sleeping in a filthy airbnb to sleeping in a comfy bed. Thank you!!!!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unkompliziertes Personal und sauber.

Cons:

Es war trotz AC im Oktober recht warm. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber mit hängbaren Regalen für den Koffer ging es sehr gut.
