La verdad es que la pasamos muy bien! Todo muy prolijo y una más que excelente atención.
Quedamos súper conformes.

Pros:

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación con humedad y con ruido. Al reclamar, inmediatamente nos cambiaron a una habitación sin problemas.

Deben mejorar la señal del WiFi ya tiene muy poco alcance.

En general, la estadiafue satisfactoria.

Pros:

Por empezar no respetaron el valor de reserva (lo dolarizaron) y tuve que abonar $10.000.- demás aunque en el momento de ocupar la habitación el precio era mucho menor,; no te permiten ingresar con alimentos, la recepcionista un tanto soberbia a la hora de explicar el porque el aumento del precio. Si no cancelé la operación es porque ya había abonado $6000.- por la estadía del auto.
Sinceramente no volveré a contratar por esta aplicación. Anteriormente lo había hecho por Trivago y nunca tuve problema.

Pros:

Mi estadía fue buena y con buena atención. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, lo cual para la zona se torna una complicación.
Sugerencias: mejorar el Wifi en las habitaciones.
Colocar aire acondicionado
