No breakfast
The water on the shower was cold and the pillowcase was not clean.

I was placed in room closest to bar, i could not sleep before the other place was closed.. I was only able to sleep after 02:45, am so dissapointed feel like i wasted my money
The curtains on the room could not fit the windows well, i was soo amazed didnt expect all of that.
The bed was not comfortable, felt like an old bed.

We could not sleep at night due to the noise, sorry won't be booking there again.

Clean and welcoming
Laundry stuffs make noise in the morning when they clocking in while people are still sleeping. When talking amongst themselves they make noise and talking loudly. They should consider that people are still sleeping.

Bed is not comfortable and I complain then they change us to another room but still was not perfect.
The location was perfect, close to restaurants. Windermere Shopping Centre is a stone throw away.
