All in all it was a very pleasant experience

The convenience of late check ins.

Cons:

The noise downstairs was horrendous. We battled to sleep through the noise.
There is a club nearby and the guys are loud up until 2 to 3am.

besides the noise, everything else was fine. However, the aircon was leaking and dripping water.

Overall cleanliness was very good.
The room was neat, tidy, and well maintained.

Cons:

The parking is on the opposite side of the hotel with no direct access, no door or lift. You have to walk out, through a passage, onto Florida Road, past John Dory’s, and up the stairs to the hotel. This feels extremely unsafe at night, especially if you’re alone or carrying valuables. Anyone can observe and target you, The hotel really needs visible security to assist guests walking from the parking area.

Our room faced the parking lot, and there were people drinking there all night until around 5 a.m. (some not even hotel guests) They were loud (we barely slept and we were travelling back to a different province the next morning) there people drunk fighting, moving cars, and even washing a car around 3:30–4 a.m. the Hose woke us up, and we questioned the regulations & monitoring, The gate was not always closed, which made us worry about our car we had a lot of valuables in both our cars, so we had to keep waking up to check on it.
