Romantic and relaxing weekend

Charming Hotel in a Perfect Spot in Alsace
Pros:

Charming hotel in a great location with easy travel to Colmar, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, etc. Wonderful breakfast and warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff was kind and treated me wonderfully. Bonus ~ pet friendly!

Mal el servicio de recepción

Las habitaciones estaban bien y el restaurante que hay junto al hotel también. Hay aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta y alrededores.

Cons:

Estuvimos dos noches e hicimos dos reservas distintas, una para cada noche.
Al llegar el primer día, la recepcionista que nos atendió, nos dijo que al ser dos reservas distintas, no era posible pasar las dos noches en la misma habitación y tenía que cambiarnos a otra, pero que no nos preocupáramos que incluso ellos mismos nos cambiaban las maletas si se las dejábamos en recepción.
A la mañana siguiente había otra recepcionista, hicimos el check-out de una habitación y el check-in de la otra. Al pedir la llave de la habitación nos dijo que no podía darnos la llave porque la habitación no estaba lista.
Le contamos lo que habíamos hablado el día anterior con su compañera, dejamos las maletas en recepción y le dijimos que no era problema, que íbamos a estar todo el día fuera y podíamos recoger la llave cuando llegáramos por la noche.
Estando en Colmar sobre las 20:30 h. justo cuando empezamos a cenar, nos llaman por tfno del hotel y nos dicen que tenemos que estar allí antes de las 22:00 h. para recoger la llave, así que tuvimos que cenar en 15 minutos e irnos al hotel, no pudiendo disfrutar ni de la cena ni de Colmar por la noche.
Al día siguiente, al hacer el check-out, otra recepcionista distinta, que me pareció la jefa o responsable, me da una factura errónea. Cuando le digo que hay un error, me dice que no insistiendo y haciendo gestos a su compañera de que no me entero.
Continuamos los dos insistiendo, finalmente me enseña la pantalla del ordenador y veo que la factura no está a mi nombre, que es de otro cliente.
Menos mal que se disculpó.

hotel consigliatissimo

stanza curata e confortevole. personale cordiale e disponibile. ottima posizione fuori dal caos turistico.

Cons:

la colazione è piuttosto scarsa. purtroppo abbiamo visto moscerini volare numerosi sul banco frutta. qualche dolce in più non guasterebbe! c’erano solo pochi mini croissant.
