Colazione abbondante e varia (frutta fresca e secca varia, salato con tante varietà in particolare ottimi formaggi, bevande, dolci...)

Il check-in termina alla 21.00 e nell'app di Booking, di cui mi servo da parecchi anni, questa cosa del check-in e checkout importante non è messa in risalto, ma quasi nascosta, infatti appena effettuata la prenotazione col pagamento nella schermata di conferma pagamento e prenotazione è stato ben esposto l'orario del check-in. Io non potevo arrivare per quell'ora ed ero già in viaggio. Il personale è stato disponibile ad accoglierci in piena notte evitandomi di perdere i soldi del costo del soggiorno, ma al costo di 25 euro. Penso che la responsabilità maggiore l'abbia proprio Booking.

Smukt hotel i Alsace med fine detaljer og charmerende værelser
Pros:

Hotellet er virkelig skønt og har en fantastisk Alsace charme. Det er som en tidslomme med smukke løsninger. Der er rent og pænt. Personalet var søde og rare. Værelserne har aircondition, hvilket ikke er standard for denne del af Frankrig. Bemærk at der ligger en fremragende vinproducent kun få minutters gang fra hotellet - vi kan varmt anbefale en tur forbi Horcher Vins d'Alsace.

Cons:

Morgenmad var ikke inkluderet i prisen. Vi valgte at betale ekstra for morgenmaden, da vi checkede ind om aftenen, selvom den var relativt dyr. Desværre viste morgenmaden sig at være ret kedelig med et lille udvalg, hvor æg kostede ekstra. Her er potentiale for forbedring - ellers vil jeg anbefale, man dropper morgenmaden og kører til en god bager i en af de små nærliggende byer.
Da jeg checkede ud, var der forvirring over regningen, da receptionisten ikke havde indregnet, at jeg havde betalt hele opholdet via booking.com. Heldigvis fik vi styr på det, så jeg kun betalte for morgenmad og de obligatoriske turistskatter.

Schöne Tage im Elsass
Pros:

Zimmer war top, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Restaurant im gleichen Haus ist zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Centraal in de Elzas. Leuke plaatsjes als Riquewihr en Ribeauville en Colmar zijn makkelijk te bereiken
