Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó estaba al lado del ascensor y se escuchaba las conversaciones y el movimiento de él cada vez que lo usaban. En la noche que era más silencioso, era difícil tener un sueño continuo.

Not a Restful Stay!
Pros:

We checked in to a warm welcome with recommendations for coffee while our room wasn't ready. The receptionist promised to message us if it became available earlier. We returned at 2:40pm and were made to wait until 3pm after her shift change. It appears the lady on reception couldn't be bothered to check us in during her shift. Ignacio, however, was kind and helpful.
The room was cleaned well, but the greying pillow slips and complete absence of pillow protectors or mattress protector are incredibly unhygienic and require immediate attention. The rooms at the front are incredibly noisy, as the hotel is situated on a busy through road. There are community bins directly outside the hotel, and when emptied, the smell that fills the room is vomit inducing. The lift was out of order for all three nights of our stay, and the constant noise of guests using the stairs further disrupted any possibility of rest. Additionally, the curtains were broken and allowed light to flood the room.
Breakfast is beyond basic and sits out from 7am onward—warm milk, warm juice, warm water, and dry, crusty cakes are among the meager offerings.
Upon checkout, we were charged 10,000 ARS for a dirtied towel. While we had no objection to paying for damages, this feels incredibly exploitative given that the towels and linens are not of the greatest quality to begin with. Hopefully they'll invest in pillow protectors with the proceeds.

Las fotos no corresponden a lo que recibí

Buena ubicación. El personal muy amable. Buena limpieza. Temperatura agradable todo el tiempo

Cons:

Las fotos no concuerdan con la habitación que recibí. La ropa de cama era distinta y vieja, lo mismo que las cortinas y el mobiliario en general. Te venden una realidad que no es. Cuando uno viene cansado de un viaje tampoco quieres estar volviendo a bajar a la recepción y pedir cambio de habitación porque te entregan una muy diferente a la de las fotos. Uno espera recibir lo que te muestran y ya.
En el desayuno ponen unos vasos tan pequeñísimos que uno tiene que servirse muchas veces si quiere tener un cantidad normal. Te imponen una mesa para tomar desayuno, te la asignan al llegar y de ahí no te mueves en toda la estadía, no te dejan elegirla. Algunos tuvieron el privilegio de desayunar mirando el lago yo hacia los basureros de la calle.

Reservamos para pasar la noche, el chico que atiende es muy amable y predispuesto. Tiene estacionamiento propio pero es muy pequeño y los vehículos quedan expuestos a la calle, difícil también para entrar por las calles. Además para tener lugar en el estacionamiento tenes que avisar antes pero igual preguntan desde recepción si vas con vehículo o no. Destacamos la limpieza de la habitación, mucho olor a lavandina pero todo impecable. El desayuno es aceptable, bastante completo.
