Located in the Ayllu de Solcor, 2953 feet from the center of San Pedro de Atacama, in a 3.330 square yards of land and with a maximum capacity of 36 passengers per night,
We have two main houses, each house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The rooms have heating in the bedroom and bathroom, King or Queen beds, 2 types of pillows, 2 USB plugs on both sides of the bed, type A and type C, safe, fan, LED lighting, closet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, card locks and satellite Wifi first level.
6 of the 12 rooms have private terraces.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Solcor. From start to finish they made our stay wonderful! They have the most lovely rooms and facilities and the decor is incredible! Having access to free bikes means you are not far from town. I could not recommend this stay enough and wish we had more time!

Pros:

This is amazing place to spend time in. The whole accomodation is beautiful with hidden resting areas, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and wonderful public areas. Offered water, small snacks (e.g. yogurt or fruit) for free.

Cons:

French kids disturbed my time in jacuzzi, as they tought it is for everybody and not based on reservation for specific tome slot. Place is quite far from the centre/bus station. Could also offer some small meals if you don’t want to go to the city centre.

Un hotel para estar como en casa
Pros:

El personal muy amable ya atentos en todo momento para ayudar en cualquier requerimiento. Agradezco a Kelly de recepción que hizo todo para que estuvieramos comodos. El hotel cuebta con un sistema como de casa.. con cocinas abiertas donde un puede hacerse cafes, sacar yogurt, leches, jugos, etc a libre disposicion en cualquier horario.
