Located in the Ayllu de Solcor, 2953 feet from the center of San Pedro de Atacama, in a 3.330 square yards of land and with a maximum capacity of 36 passengers per night,
We have two main houses, each house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The rooms have heating in the bedroom and bathroom, King or Queen beds, 2 types of pillows, 2 USB plugs on both sides of the bed, type A and type C, safe, fan, LED lighting, closet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, card locks and satellite Wifi first level.
6 of the 12 rooms have private terraces.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Tres bien dans l’ensemble, établissement confortable, le concept hôtel avec cuisine commune si on a envie de cuisiner , le personnel très sympathique et dévoué.les espaces extérieurs.
Bon petit déjeuner sur un petit buffet : des salades, avocats,fruits frais préparés, œuf à la demande…
Bonne base pour y séjourner volontiers plusieurs jours, le temps de visiter cette région incroyable.

Cons:

Notre chambre un peu petite pour 5 nuits. (N°13).
selon la chambre attribuée on bénéficie d’un cadre extérieur sur la petite terrasse plus ou moins agréable.

Casa Solcor en Atacama
Pros:

El concepto del alojamiento es muy adecuado para un viaje a Atacama. Es una casa muy cómoda donde puedes disponer de todas sus instalaciones y servicios como neveras, lavandería, cocina, cafe, agua, bicicletas, etc. Adicionalmente siempre hay una persona 24/7 para cualquier ayuda posible. El hotel también puede organizar los tours al desierto, hicimos varios y podemos asegurar que son de muy buena calidad. El personal muy amable y colaborativo.

The place to stay in San Pedro de Atacama
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé à la Casa Solcor! Un accueil très sympathique et le lieu incroyable où on se sent comme à la maison. Notre chambre avec une petite terrasse était joliment décorée. Merci également à l’équipe du petit-déjeuner qui tous les matins nous proposait des produits frais. Il y a également un parking pour les voitures de location.

Tout était super! Rien à redire.

Pros:

Truly a desert home away from home. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds and an idyllic layout with two main gathering houses, two pools, two hot tubs and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. It was nice to relax here after a long day of activities. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection each morning. Natalia, the manager, is excellent and really looks after her guests.

Quiet comfortable oasis
Pros:

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were well maintained with ample outdoor seating areas. The two kitchens were stocked with snacks and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Not necessarily a negative, but it is about a 10 minute walk to town.

A wonderful place to enjoy San Pedro and the Atacama Desert
Pros:

Perfect accommodation and location. Lovely to come back to after trips into the desert. Good breakfast every day but most importantly the staff were incredible, particularly Nicholas who when there was an issue with the hot water, went to extreme lengths to fix the issue promptly and make sure we were very well looked after. Problems can happen but we were so grateful with the way he responded and he is always so cheerful! The hotel is not in town but an easy walk away and it was nice to be in a peaceful area. Good recommendations for guides too.

Pros:

Very cute hotel with a great location, very close to the busier part of town with restaurants, shops and bars but not close enough to be bothered by any sounds. Hotel is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Would greatly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Pros:

Le meilleur hôtel de nos vacances. Une infinité de services mis à disposition sans le gigantisme des palaces. Sensation d'être "à la maison" et du personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

S'il fallait trouver un défaut, c'est la distance avec le centre ville (800-1000m environ) mais on peut emprunter des vélos

Un rêve.
Pros:

Il doit être difficile de trouver un hébergement plus agréable à San Pedro de Atacama, Kay et son team sont efficaces et contribuent largement à faire de notre séjour un moment mémorable.Le tarif est un peu élevé mais vu la localisation et le service il est compréhemsible et acceptable. Etant donné que notre voyage s'étendait sur plusieurs semaines nous avons pu laver notre linge et Kay s'en est même occupé pendant que nous étions en excursion.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il faille aller au Chili pour trouver un hotel aussi amical.
