Located in the Ayllu de Solcor, 2953 feet from the center of San Pedro de Atacama, in a 3.330 square yards of land and with a maximum capacity of 36 passengers per night,
We have two main houses, each house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The rooms have heating in the bedroom and bathroom, King or Queen beds, 2 types of pillows, 2 USB plugs on both sides of the bed, type A and type C, safe, fan, LED lighting, closet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, card locks and satellite Wifi first level.
6 of the 12 rooms have private terraces.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A perfect place to stay in Atacama
Pros:

A lovely hotel, a touch of luxury with accommodating staff and a great selection at breakfast. We left early several mornings for tours and the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast which was a nice touch. There’s also a washing machine to do your own laundry which is a bonus.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a problem with ants in our room which wasn’t resolved after fumigating (closing up the gaps in the windows might help resolve this issue). It’s also very humid so air con would be better than a room fan.

Pros:

Nos sentimos em casa, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e foi muito confortável ficar em um hotel com cozinha... fomos em família, com duas crianças, e poder cozinhar a noite foi muito bom, tanto p os adultos quanto para as crianças. Ter suco, iogurte e sucrilhos para o lanche foi muito bom também.
Lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade!
Ter as bicicletas para ir até a cidade também foi um diferencial.
Ficaríamos hospedados novamente!

Fomos no verão e o calor nos incomodou um pouco a noite .

Amazing stay in a stylish and comfortable boutique hotel, we felt right a home!
Pros:

We had a great stay!! The Casa Solcor is located in a quiet part of town but within walking distance of Main Street. The hotel is decorated with an amazing sense of style, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the beds are extremely comfortable with high-quality linen sheets. Also, the two pools and two jacuzzis were much appreciated.

Hitel ideal au calme pour un sejour a San Pedro
Pros:

Le service a ete incroyable! J’ai fait pas mal d’hotel dans le monde mais la, et surtout Mr Wilson a l’accueil a repondu a toutes nos demandes et toujours avec le sourir)! Hotel impeccable, petit dej tres sympa (ainsi que les cuisinieres). Le calme de l’hotel un peu a l’ecart du centre ville. Et aussi les velos gratuits pour joindre le centre en 5 mn (sinon 15 mn a pieds)

Cons:

Nous avions pris la Suite. La chambre etait tres bien mais on on ne peut pas appeler ca une Suite, la taille relativement petite pour une suite et la terrasse ou tout le monde passe devant, donc pas d’intimite. A part ce point minime, tout etait parfait

Good hotel but our room could have been better

Hotel butikowy. Bardzo designerskie i przyjemne wnętrza. Dużo przestrzeni zaaranżowanej na spędzanie wolnego czasu. Miękkie sofy, basen. W obiekcie znajdują się 2 ogromne kuchnie z dostępem do jedzenia i picia, dostępne przez całą dobę (wliczone w cenę). Pięknie urządzone wnętrza tych kuchni, co tworzy rodzinną atmosferę. Przy dużym stole kuchennym można wieczorem łatwo nawiązać nowe znajomości z innymi gośćmi. Przepyszne śniadania. Można by je jeść na każdy posiłek🤯 przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel. Szczególnie utkwiła nam w pamięci Kelly, która pomogła nam w wielu sprawach😘👍🌸

Korzystna lokalizacja poza ścisłym centrum San Pedro. Zaciszne miejsce. Obsługa zawsze uprzejma i pomocna. Oprowadza gości po obiekcie zaraz po przybyciu. Śniadania super smaczne, duży wybór, dodatkowo jajecznica robiona na świeżo, na życzenie gości. Część wspólna dla gości pozwala poczuć się bardziej jak w domu niż w hotelu, co oceniam na duży plus. Pokoje ładne, czyste. Można korzystać z basenów, jacuzzi. Oceniam pobyt bardzo dobrze. Polecam każdemu!

Pros:

Cortesia dos funcionários. Colchão e travesseiros bons. Tem várias áreas comuns. Geladeira com iogurte e sucos sem custo.

Cons:

Apesar de ser longe do centro nao tem nenhuma área para contemplação das estrelas. Portão para carros fica fechado dificultando a entrada de bagagem. Quem tem crianças deve ter cuidado no banho. O misturador do chuveiro fica extremamente quente de um lado.

Great oasis with good facilities and rustic charm

A calm oasis away from the busy tourist heart. Outdoor areas especially good with large comfy sofas. Big kitchen space with great facilities for use any time of the days. Free bikes to use of good quality

Cons:

Staff all pleasant but some not very switched on. Had no overview of the facilities or proactive sharing of information about the town when we arrived. Just shown to our room. Needed a notice board or info in the rooms. Asked if they could direct us to a supermarket and it felt like that’s the first time they’d ever been asked that.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit en top plek!
Pros:

Fijne sfeer met veel leuke zitjes en twee zwembaden. Er was yoghurt, fruit en thee wat je de hele dag kon pakken. Aardig personeel, we moesten vroeg weg en kregen een ontbijt tasje om mee te nemen. Ontbijt was heerlijk!

Cons:

De kamer was iets te warm met alleen een ventilator.

Prachtig om bij te komen na een aantal weken reizen.
Pros:

Het is echt een prachtige locatie. Alles is heel goed geregeld: het ontbijt is perfect, de zwembaden zijn super. De hele dag mag je koffie/ thee/ yoghurt/ noten pakken. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en denkt graag met je mee.

Cons:

Wij hadden een wat kleine kamer, maar omdat we met z’n twee waren en toch de hele dag buiten waren, vonden we dit niet erg. Bovendien zijn er op het terrein allerlei buiten zit plekken om te relaxen.
