Hotel Crans Montana Bariloche: Personal amable y atento. Welcome drink – una copa de vino en el bar de hotel es fue muy apreciado. La ubicación de hotel es perfecta – en pleno centro, unos metros de la calle principal, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafes, agencias de viaje, tiendas de souvenirs, mini mercados, y con poco ruido exterior – inmejorable. Escritorio bueno en la habitación.

Cons:

Cuando vine, por primeras 24 horas, no funcionaba wi fi en mi habitación, cero. Yo reclamé varias veces a la recpecion, pero el problema se solucionó solo en el día siguiente, cuando me mudaron a otra habitación (después, todo perecto con wi fi). En la misma habitación sin internet, hubo otra cosa desagradable: el ruido del elevador en el piso siete sonaba como enjuague de la lavadora. La hora del check out, 10 am, es demasiado temprano.

El desayuno, los huevos revueltos panceta y café muy bien

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado, decía ventilador y tampoco, nos dieron 1 la 3ra y última noche recién. La reserva era 3 camas individuales y nos dieron cama doble y cama individual, la cambiaron la 2da noche

Buena estadía pero cosas a mejorar
Pros:

El personal muy cálidos y agradables! El desayuno estuvo muy bien! Muy bien ubicado si no tenes medio de movilidad.

Cons:

En la primer habitación no funcionaba el tv, no tenían sistema de ventilador ni aire acondicionado y se ponía muy caluroso. En cuanto a la cama, los colchones estaban vencidos, por lo que no eran cómodos. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio y se dificulta mucho estacionar vehículos particulares en la zona céntrica. Por último, mencionar que el spa cuenta con una ducha escocesa que no tiene potencia, el sauna seco que tampoco está a la temperatura y un jacuzzi que también le falta potencia.
