L'appartement et l'emplacement avec l'arrêt de bus en bas.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le sol été sale, un troue dans le mur au niveau de la cuisine, un volet de chambre qui ne se ferme pas en entier, nous avons demandé de le faire réparer car le matin on se faisait réveiller par le soleil, mais nous ont répondu « on fera venir le mécanicien plus tard », et pour finir dans une autre chambre nous sentions l’air passer par la fenêtre comme si elle ne fermait pas entièrement. C’est dommage.
Par ailleurs, je trouve que le système du petit déjeuner est mal fait, lorsque l’on prend une chambre dans l’établissement le petit déjeuner est compris dedans, alors le côté restauration aurait dû être organisé en conséquence !! Nous avons dû attendre 30 min avant de pouvoir prendre notre petit-déjeuner (alors que nous sommes arrivé dès l’ouverture) car salle trop petite !!

Custo benefício muito bom para Nizza, lugar super agradável e perto do mar !

Funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos, do recepcionista até a cozinheira!

Cons:

Espaço muito pequeno para o café da manhã, tivemos que esperar todos os dias alguém desocupar a mesa para então começar a tomar o café, assim perdendo um pouco de tempo para o passeio. Sendo que ao lado existe um espaço enorme usado como sala de espera e praticamente inutilizado. Na minha visão poderia ser melhor usado esse espaço como por exemplo colocando algumas mesas para acomodação dos hóspedes .
