Pros:

I’m struggling to find anything I liked.

Cons:

Very of date, extremely basic rooms, facilities only available at odd times. Needs a full renovation.

L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés dans l’hôtel. La clim était en panne. Les températures extérieures étaient à 36°
Nous avions le volet de la chambre qui était cassé du coup la réception était débordée par toutes les plaintes.
Nous avons très mal dormi, car nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes donc tous les bruits de la rue plus des locataires c’était très bruyant

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons chez vous, la 1ere fois studio 501 avec vue mer, la 2eme fois studio 118 avec vue sur les montagnes bien aussi, aujourd'hui nous avons le 202 beaucoup plus petit, wc dans la salle de bains, donnant sur la route nationale très bruyante et le clou climatisation en panne , génial de dormir fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit mais seul moyen d'avoir un peu d'air avec la chaleur actuelle, très déçue

Very dissapointing rude and inflexible staff and policies

Cons:

We arrived earlier than check-in time and asked for a towel for our 6 month baby. We were not only denied this but the person from the reception shaked her shoulders in an “ I don’t care mode” and was extremely rude. Staff has no sufficient training and when we complained to the supervisor he justified her behaviour.
The pool has only one or two sun beds and bad umbrellas
The elevator was dirty from ice cream on the floor for hours and the staff did not realise
You need to clean the flat before you leave
No hair drier available unless requested
Very old facilities. You can clearly realise the pictures on booking do not match the reality of the property.
We were again denied flexibility at checkout with our baby, when check-in is only allowed at 17h

j'ai apprécié la disponibilité du personnel, l'emplacement de l'établissement.

Cons:

Malheureusement , un problème technique au niveau de la climatisation qui à duré durant tout mon séjour (période de canicule). Un ventilateur m'a été proposé, mais ne m'a jamais été remis.

Sinon l'établissement est bien situé, et le personnel très agréable

La configuration de l'appartement petit mais bien organisé

Cons:

Pas de lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson en défaut (j'ai du aller cuire mes œufs dans la salle du petit-déjeuner) pas de climatisation, exposition sur l'avenue de Nice très passante jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, donc fenêtre ouverte pour ventiler un peu l'appartement et beaucoup de bruit tout au long de la nuit. La piscine très très chaude....
