Behulpzaam personeel altijd vriendelijk en goed service

L'unica cosa che è piaciuta è. La posizione altro. Meglio non ricordare. E uno albergho da schifo biancheria sporca e cambiato neanche una volta volta cambiavano solo gli asciugamani per doccia e faccia la doccia lo scarico senza protezione. Il problema è che le contestazione sono lunghe. Sono deluso da Expedia del vostro comportamento. Saluti a presto

easy access to transportation, good breakfast but the room needs to be clean regularly

Wir haben trotz des gebuchten 6-Personen-Zimmers ein 5-Personen-Zimmer bekommen. Ein Tausch war erst nach 4 von 6 Tagen möglich. Das aber auch erst nach nervenaufreibender Diskussion.
Die Bettwäsche war zum Teil dreckig und mit Flecken übersehen. Der Boden wurde mit abgestandenem Wasser gewischt, sodass wir den Geruch nicht aushalten konnten und die Reinigungskräfte nicht mehr in das Zimmer gelassen haben. Die Toiletten waren unsauber und unterstes Niveau. Zimmernachbarn hatten Ameisenbefall. Das Frühstück war schrecklich und ungenießbar. Und, und, und,...
Fakt ist dass man das Hotel (wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann) nicht empfehlen kann. Das einzig Positive ist die Lage. Da aber wiederum würde ich das nächste Mal 50 Euro mehr bezahlen und ein Hotel in der Straße buchen welches besser ist.

Gezilebilecek yerlere çok yakın. Tramvay önünden geçiyor. Kalmak için normal bir otel. Çalışanlar iyi niyetliler.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und die Fenster leider auch dadurch hat man sehr viel von der Straße gehört.

Ein Hotel mit so einer TOP Lage darf nicht so aussehen! Die Zimmer, obwohl sehr gut aufgeteilt, sehen schrecklich aus. Auf Sauberkeit wurde total verzichtet, Badezimmer super groß aber super dreckig. Gott sei Dank waren es nur 2 Nächte.
So darf kein Hotel in einem so hoch frequentierten Touristen-viertel aussehen.
Würde niemanden weiter empfehlen.

Bin rein und direkt wieder raus waren keine 10 minuten drinne und haben ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

I have stayed at this hotel before for its place close to the city metro and subways, shops and historical center. But, it needs immediately investings and improvements. Its facilities are in bad conditions or nonfunctional; sheets and towels are torn and very old.

The wall and the ceiling need to fixed I think there was leaking water and they did not fixed .there is like three pipe in the room opened I am afraid I put some tissue to close them .the bathroom is dirty.the food Buffett is dirty.the room next me had 7 people 3 adult and four kids I couldn't sleep for 3 days

I booked this wonderful hotel for my honeymoon trip to Istanbul and i very glad for the experiences.Upon arrival we are welcomed by the hotel manager Mr Vedat, which is very very friendly. He always served us with free hot beverages which is totally life savers due to cold weathers.

The hotel room is neat,clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a walking distance to the tram station, spice bazzar, Topkapi palace and other attractions. Breakfast in the morning was ok-not bad. Overall, enjoyed the stay with the folks at the lobby and hotel/room cleanliness.
