Le prix pour une nuit ça fait l affaire

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner dans l accueil avec uniquement une table de 6 personnes, ce qui n'est pas compatible avec le nombre de chambres.
L appel à 11h03 pour demander de quitter la chambre car il est 11h, on était sur le départ...
Le ménage est fait de façon pas très approfondie.
Les 3 étages sans ascenseur .
L isolation n est pas terrible, on entend chez le voisin.
L eau de la douche qui passe du chaud au froid.

Je suis arrivé dans une chambre totalement dépourvue de chauffage, après 21 heures, en pleine période hivernale, rendant le séjour particulièrement inconfortable dès mon installation.

L’établissement ne disposant pas de réception ouverte la nuit, il m’a été impossible de joindre un interlocuteur ou un numéro d’assistance afin de signaler la situation et d’obtenir une solution immédiate.

Par ailleurs, la chambre était vétuste et manifestement dégradée : équipements anciens, état général insuffisant, manque d’entretien visible. L’ensemble ne correspondait ni aux standards attendus ni au niveau de qualité annoncé.

Cette expérience a été particulièrement décevante et ne répond pas aux exigences minimales de confort et de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement hôtelier.

Le plus dommage c'est que Booking contacté n'a rien pu faire

Le personnel est accueillant et l'emplacement est assez proche du centre.

Cons:

Un odeur de renfermé/humidité très forte dans la chambre (malgré une aération de la chambre), et des bruits incessants de canalisations d'eau toute la nuit. Globalement, la chambre était plutôt propre mais souffre d'un manque d'entretien général.

Pros:

La chambre était parfaitement correspondante aux photos. L'hôtel était tout à fait charmant et les lits très confortables. L'emplacement très pratique pour visiter Caen à pied.
