Manque d'entretien
Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant et l'emplacement est assez proche du centre.

Cons:

Un odeur de renfermé/humidité très forte dans la chambre (malgré une aération de la chambre), et des bruits incessants de canalisations d'eau toute la nuit. Globalement, la chambre était plutôt propre mais souffre d'un manque d'entretien général.

Pros:

La chambre était parfaitement correspondante aux photos. L'hôtel était tout à fait charmant et les lits très confortables. L'emplacement très pratique pour visiter Caen à pied.

Petit dej copieux. Bonne literie.

Cons:

La chambre 6 au deuxième étage avait une odeur d'égout nauséabonde. Moisissures autour des fenêtres et dans la salle de bain. Petit dej dans une pièce exiguë juste devant la réception don aucune intimité. Une seule tasse de café servie et la deuxième était payante.

Hôtel de dimension familiale. Très bon accueil et autres clients souriants et ouverts.

Cons:

Quelques finitions à revoir dans la salle de bain un peu vieillissante et dimension restreinte de la chambre.

Très bon séjour, je recommande le studio dans cet établissement.
Pros:

Le studio était très sympa, charmant, calme et offrait un super équipement pour un séjour d'une semaine car j'avais la possibilité de cuisiner.

Cons:

Juste la porte de la cabine de douche qui ne fermait pas bien.

Super hôtel, proche de tout, du centre ville, du château ! Le personnel a été super bienveillant et pour un rapport qualité/prix je trouve qu'on fait pas mieux sur Caen
