Beautifully decorated rooms , comfortable bed .
Delicious food and friendly staff .
Great site in town, beautiful gardens, beds super comfy and Ford stunnjng. Did I tell you about the staff- some of the best and I’ve travelled many hotels in Ireland - surprising and thrilling to know the staff and their service is still to be found as pure Irish hospitality
A little dated some areas cold in temperature and aesthetics. The pool water was cold and lockers and showers need serious updating
Had evening meal and it was very good. Breakfast was also very good.
No air-conditioning of fan in the bedroom and we both had a sleepless night with the heat. Really not good enough in the middle of summer.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms very comfortable
NB. I do not want these comments published on the website. They are for the hotels information only.
Hotel was very busy and staff coped exceptionally well. Room was not ready until after 5.30 and then it was double booked with someone else’s stuff in the room when we went in. Very difficult situation that took a while to sort out.
Table in room was not cleaned properly.
Breakfast was only ok. Went for full Irish and it was on the table as soon as it was ordered. Seemed pre prepared and lacked taste
We were at a family event. One of the family members was staying in apartments in the town owned by the hotel. The came to the hotel with two small children for breakfast and were told the hotel was too busy to serve them. Very dissatisfied that effort was not made.
Staff wonderful. gardens wonderful.
Staff were very attentive and hotel / bedroom was clean.
Considering the hotel was 260euro per night, the quality of food was very poor. I ate lunch in the bar (20euro for a sandwich and chips) which was average at best. The breakfast was very poor. The potatoe cubes were likely sitting in a hot hold for hours. The pancakes were also very poor, likely heated in a microwave or toaster. If the rate was approx 150-175euro per night, i would rate it as significantly better value for money but for 260eruo per night, i would expect better quality and an overall higher standard.
Nice location, good atmosphere
Thought it was over priced.
Friendly staff.
Rooms very tired.
Location n breakfast was excellent
All good
Everything was simply first class
The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpfull.
I booked a room for my sons and they were told the room was ready and then charged for early check in.
Checkout of the hotel was 11 am which is early .
12 clock Checkout is the norm.
